Claims (15)
- 優れた腐食特性および薄板成形性を有するフェライト系ステンレス鋼において、前記鋼は、重量パーセントで、炭素0.003〜0.035%、ケイ素0.05〜1.0%、マンガン0.1〜0.8%、クロム20〜24%、ニッケル0.05〜0.8%、モリブデン0.003〜0.5%、銅0.2〜0.8%、窒素0.003〜0.05%、チタン0.05〜0.8%、ニオブ0.05〜0.8%、バナジウム0.03〜0.5%、アルミニウム0.04%未満、C+Nの合計0.06%未満から構成され、残余が鉄および当該の条件で不可避の不純物であり、
(Ti+Nb/(C+N)比が8以上40未満であり、
Tieq/Ceq比=(Ti+0.515*Nb+0.940*V)/(C+0.858*N)が6以上40未満であることを特徴とするフェライト系ステンレス鋼。 - 請求項1に記載のフェライト系ステンレス鋼において、炭素含有量は0.03重量%未満であり、少なくとも0.003%であることを特徴とするフェライト系ステンレス鋼。
- 請求項1または2に記載のフェライト系ステンレス鋼において、ケイ素含有量が0.05〜0.7重量%であることを特徴とするフェライト系ステンレス鋼。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載のフェライト系ステンレス鋼において、マンガン含有量は0.65重量%未満、好ましくは0.10〜0.65%であることを特徴とするフェライト系ステンレス鋼。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載のフェライト系ステンレス鋼において、ニッケル含有量は0.5重量%未満であり、少なくとも0.05%であることを特徴とするフェライト系ステンレス鋼。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載のフェライト系ステンレス鋼において、モリブデン含有量が0.003〜0.2重量%であることを特徴とするフェライト系ステンレス鋼。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載のフェライト系ステンレス鋼において、銅含有量は0.5重量%未満であり、少なくとも0.2%であることを特徴とするフェライト系ステンレス鋼。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載のフェライト系ステンレス鋼において、窒素含有量は0.03重量%未満であり、少なくとも0.003%であることを特徴とするフェライト系ステンレス鋼。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載のフェライト系ステンレス鋼において、チタン含有量が0.05〜0.40重量%であることを特徴とするフェライト系ステンレス鋼。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載のフェライト系ステンレス鋼において、ニオブ含有量が0.05〜0.40重量%であることを特徴とするフェライト系ステンレス鋼。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載のフェライト系ステンレス鋼において、バナジウム含有量が0.03〜0.20重量%であることを特徴とするフェライト系ステンレス鋼。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載のフェライト系ステンレス鋼において、クロム含有量が20〜21.5重量%であることを特徴とするフェライト系ステンレス鋼。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載のフェライト系ステンレス鋼において、(Ti+Nb/(C+N)比が8以上25未満であることを特徴とするフェライト系ステンレス鋼。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載のフェライト系ステンレス鋼において、Tieq/Ceq=(Ti+0.515*Nb+0.940*V)/(C+0.858*N)比が6以上20未満であることを特徴とするフェライト系ステンレス鋼。
- 前記請求項のいずれかに記載のフェライト系ステンレス鋼において、該鋼はAOD(アルゴン酸素脱炭)技術によって製造されることを特徴とするフェライト系ステンレス鋼。
