Claims (10)
- 内部に流路(12)が形成された流路ハウジング(10)と、
作動軸(14)と、
前記流路(12)内にて前記作動軸(14)上に配置されたフラップ本体(16)と、
前記流路ハウジング(10)内のボア(26)であって、該ボアを通じて前記作動軸(14)が外部に突出する、ボア(26)と、
前記ボア(26)内に配置され且つ内部に前記作動軸(14)が取り付けられた第1軸受ブッシュ(20)と、
前記作動軸(14)を径方向に囲み且つ環状の金属膜(50)を有するシール手段と
を具備し、
前記金属膜(50)の径方向外側部(48)は、閉鎖ブッシュ(38)と前記流路ハウジング(10)の前記ボア(26)に接触面(66)を形成する肩(68)との間で軸線方向に挟み込まれ、
径方向内側部(52)は摺動リング(56)の径方向内側部(54)に対して支持され、
前記金属膜(50)と組みをなす前記径方向内側部の面(61)は、前記接触面(66)よりも前記流路(12)により近接して配置されている、ことを特徴とする内燃機関のフラップ装置。 - 前記シール手段は、前記作動軸(14)上に取り付けられた軸スリーブ(60)を含み、前記摺動リング(56)が前記金属膜(50)とは軸線方向反対側にて前記軸スリーブに支持されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関のフラップ装置。
- 前記摺動リング(56)は径方向内側部(54)にて球状に湾曲されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の内燃機関のフラップ装置。
- 前記閉鎖ブッシュ(38)は深鍋形状をなし、前記閉鎖ブッシュ(38)の底(40)は開口(42)を有し、該開口を通じて前記作動軸(14)が突出し、側壁(44)の軸線方向の端(46)が金属膜(50)にて支持されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の内燃機関のフラップ装置。
- 前記接触面(66)は、前記閉鎖ブッシュ(38)の前記側壁(44)内に形成された領域(70)にて球状に形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の内燃機関のフラップ装置。
- 前記閉鎖ブッシュ(38)の前記側壁(44)は凹所(64)を備え、該凹所内に前記摺動リング(56)の突起(62)が突出し、該突起は径方向外側に延びている、ことを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の内燃機関のフラップ装置。
- 前記ボア(26)内には第2軸受ブッシュ(22)が配置され、該第2軸受ブッシュの軸線方向の端(72)が前記流路(12)内に突出している、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れかに記載の内燃機関のフラップ装置。
- 前記フラップ本体(16)は前記第2軸受ブッシュ(22)又は該第2軸受ブッシュ(22)に隣接したスラストワッシャに対し、圧縮ばね(74)の力によって張力を受けている、ことを特徴する請求項7に記載の内燃機関のフラップ装置。
- 前記ボア(26)とは反対側となる前記流路ハウジング(10)には、有底穴(28)が形成され、該有底穴(28)内に第3軸受ブッシュ(24)が配置され、該第3軸受ブッシュ内に前記作動軸(12)が支持されている、ことを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の内燃機関のフラップ装置。
- 前記第3軸受ブッシュ(24)の軸線方向の端(29)は前記流路(12)内に突出している、ことを特徴とする請求項7又は9に記載の内燃機関のフラップ装置。
