Abstract
Description
該透析液取出手段の採取口を覆った閉位置及び当該採取口を開放させた開位置の間で移動可能な開閉手段とを具備した透析液取出装置に関するものである。
本実施形態に係る透析液取出装置は、透析用原液(A剤及びB剤)を混合して所定濃度の透析液を作製し、その透析液を透析装置に供給するための透析液供給装置に配設され、B原液及び作製された透析液をそれぞれ採取可能とされたものである。適用される透析液供給装置は、図1に示すように、水が流動するとともにその水量を計測する水計量手段aが配設された水供給ラインLwと、注入ポンプP1が接続されるとともにA剤を溶解して得られた透析用原液(A原液)を流動させる原液ラインLaと、注入ポンプP2が接続されるとともにB剤を溶解して得られた透析用原液(B原液)を流動させる原液ラインLbと、水供給ラインLwの水と原液ラインLbのB原液とを混合させ得るミキシングチャンバC1と、ミキシングチャンバC1で水と混合されたB原液と原液ラインLaのA原液とを混合させ得るミキシングチャンバC2と、貯槽Dと、送液ポンプP3とを主に有して構成されている。
本実施形態に係る透析液取出装置は、血液浄化治療(血液透析治療)で使用される血液浄化装置に配設され、透析液を採取可能とされたものである。適用される血液浄化装置は、図9に示すように、血液回路(不図示)に接続されるダイアライザ10(血液浄化器)と、ダイアライザ10に透析液を導入可能な透析液導入ラインL1と、ダイアライザ10からの排液を排出可能な透析液排出ラインL2と、複式ポンプ11と、除水ポンプ12とを有して構成されている。同図中符号fは、透析液導入ラインL1に接続された濾過フィルタを示している。
図6で示す先の実施形態における透析液取出手段1の採取口1cに枯草菌を含んだ液体を垂らした後、同図で示す開閉手段6を閉状態とし、紫外線照射手段7から紫外線を照射(1秒照射した後、10秒照射停止する動作を繰り返し)する実験を行い、横軸に紫外線照射経過時間(H)、縦軸に菌発数(個)とした表を作成したところ、図14に示すような結果となった。これにより、本実施形態の如く紫外線照射による殺菌効果が高いことが分かった。なお、縦軸においては、枯草菌が付着した採取口1cを綿棒にて拭い、培地に入れて培養したときの菌発数を示している。

Claims (7)
- 液体の流路に接続されて当該液体を流通させ得る導入口及び導出口が形成されるとともに、その流通させた液体を採取可能な採取口が形成された透析液取出手段と、
該透析液取出手段の採取口を覆った閉位置及び当該採取口を開放させた開位置の間で移動可能な開閉手段と、
を具備した透析液取出装置において、
前記開閉手段に取り付けられ、当該開閉手段が閉位置にあるとき前記採取口に向けて紫外線を照射し得る紫外線照射手段を具備したことを特徴とする透析液取出装置。 - 前記採取口をシールするシール手段が配設されるとともに、前記紫外線照射手段は、当該シール手段に紫外線を照射可能とされたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の透析液取出装置。
- 前記シール手段は、
前記採取口の周縁に形成されたシール部材と、
該シール部材に当接して前記採取口をシールするとともに、当該シール部材から離間して前記採取口から液体を採取可能とされた駒部材と、
を有し、前記紫外線照射手段は、前記シール部材及び駒部材に紫外線を照射可能とされたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の透析液取出装置。 - 前記駒部材は、前記紫外線照射手段から照射された紫外線を周囲に反射又は透過させ得ることを特徴とする請求項3記載の透析液取出装置。
- 前記駒部材は、前記紫外線照射手段から照射された紫外線の反射又は透過を任意調整可能な調整部が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項4記載の透析液取出装置。
- 前記紫外線照射手段は、通電により紫外線を照射可能な紫外線LEDから成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか1つに記載の透析液取出装置。
- 前記紫外線LEDの紫外線発光部には、紫外線を拡散させつつ照射させ得るレンズが取り付けられたことを特徴とする請求項6記載の透析液取出装置。
