Claims (6)
- 純水の採水に用いられる採水ディスペンサーであって、
純水源に接続し、開状態において入口側から出口側に向けて直線の内部流路を形成する開閉弁と、
開口を有し、前記開閉弁の出口から流出した純水を前記開口から吐出するノズルと、
紫外線LEDと、
を備え、
前記ノズルに供給される純水が流れる流路は、前記ノズルの前記開口を一端とする区間において直線に形成され、
前記直線に形成されている区間内に前記開閉弁が配置され、前記開閉弁の内部流路は前記直線に形成されている区間における前記流路の一部を構成し、
前記紫外線LEDは、前記直線に形成されている区間を流れる純水に対し、当該区間での純水の流れの上流側から、前記流れの軸方向に沿って前記ノズルに向けて紫外線を照射するように配置されている、採水ディスペンサー。 - 前記開閉弁は駆動信号によって開く電磁弁であり、前記紫外線LEDは、前記駆動信号に連動して、前記電磁弁が開状態であるときに駆動される、請求項1に記載の採水ディスペンサー。
- 前記直線に形成されている区間における流路の壁面は、紫外線を導入するための窓となる部分を除き、前記開閉弁において純水と接触する部分も含めてフッ素樹脂によって構成されている、請求項1または2に記載の採水ディスペンサー。
- 前記純水源から純水が供給される第1の配管と、
前記純水源に純水を戻す第2の配管と、
前記第1の配管と前記第2の配管と前記直線に形成されている区間とに接続する三方継手と、
を有する請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の採水ディスペンサー。 - 前記純水源は循環精製による純水を生成する純水製造装置であり、前記第2の配管は循環精製のために前記純水を前記純水製造装置に戻す、請求項4に記載の採水ディスペンサー。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の採水ディスペンサーを備えることを特徴とする純水製造装置。
