Abstract
【解決手段】少なくとも1つの装飾要素3を支持体2にマウントする方法に関し、(a)空欠部を少なくとも1つ設けられた支持体を用意するステップと、(b)少なくとも1つの装飾要素を用意するステップと、(c)少なくとも1つの金属粉及び少なくとも1つの有機バインダーを有し充填時に1000〜1000000mPa・sの粘性を有する複合充填材で空欠部を充填するステップと、(d)複合充填材が液体になるように複合充填材を融点よりも高い温度まで加熱するステップと、(e)基材6を形成するように複合充填材を冷却させるステップと、(f)基材において少なくとも1つのハウジングを形成するステップと、及び(g)装飾要素をハウジングにマウントするステップとを有する。

Description
(a)空欠部を少なくとも1つ設けられた支持体を用意するステップと、
(b)少なくとも1つの装飾要素を用意するステップと、
(c)少なくとも1つの金属粉及び少なくとも1つの有機バインダーを有し充填時に1000〜1000000mPa・sの粘性を有する複合充填材で前記空欠部を充填するステップと、
(d)前記複合充填材が液体になるように前記複合充填材を融点よりも高い温度まで加熱するステップと、
(e)基材を形成するように前記複合充填材を冷却させるステップと、
(f)前記基材において少なくとも1つのハウジングを形成するステップと、及び
(g)前記装飾要素を前記ハウジングにマウントするステップとを有する。

Claims (15)
- 少なくとも1つの装飾要素(3)を支持体(2)にマウントする方法であって、
(a)空欠部(4)を少なくとも1つ設けられた支持体(2)を用意するステップと、
(b)少なくとも1つの装飾要素(3)を用意するステップと、
(c)少なくとも1つの金属粉及び少なくとも1つの有機バインダーを有し充填時に1000〜1000000mPa・sの粘性を有する複合充填材で前記空欠部を充填するステップと、
(d)前記複合充填材が液体になるように前記複合充填材を融点よりも高い温度まで加熱するステップと、
(e)基材(6)を形成するように前記複合充填材を冷却させるステップと、
(f)前記基材(6)において少なくとも1つのハウジング(8)を形成するステップと、及び
(g)前記装飾要素(3)を前記ハウジング(8)にマウントするステップと
を有することを特徴とするマウントする方法。 - 前記複合充填材は、前記複合充填材の全体積に対して50体積%以上金属性粉末を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記複合充填材は、さらに、少なくとも1つの酸洗い剤を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 - 前記金属粉は、金、銀、銅、白金、パラジウム、アルミニウム、チタン、亜鉛、スズ、ガリウム、インジウム、ニッケル、ケイ素、ゲルマニウム及びその混合物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの金属性元素を、元素単体又は合金の形態で含有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記複合充填材の前記有機バインダーは、セルロース、グリセリン、グリコール、樹脂、石油留出物及びその混合物からなる群から選択される
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記マウントするステップ(g)は、前記装飾要素を押し込むことによって行う
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記マウントするステップ(g)は、セッティングによって行われ、
前記マウントするステップ(g)は、前記基材(6)においてグリップ手段(5)を形成し、このグリップ手段(5)を変形させることによって前記装飾要素(3)をセッティングすることを伴い、これによって、前記ハウジング(8)内に前記装飾要素(3)を維持する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。 - さらに、前記充填するステップ(c)の前に、前記支持体(2)の前記空欠部(4)の表面を金属化するステップ(h)を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。 - さらに、前記冷却させるステップ(e)と前記形成するステップ(f)の間に、前記空欠部の近傍に存在するいずれの充填材をも除去するステップ(i)を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記充填するステップ(c)から前記冷却させるステップ(e)までが、少なくとも2回連続して行われる
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 少なくとも1つの装飾要素(3)を受けることを意図されており、少なくとも1つの空欠部(4)が形成されている装飾支持体(2)であって、
この空欠部(4)は、基材(6)を形成する充填材で充填されており、
前記基材(6)には、少なくとも1つのハウジング(8)が設けられており、
前記ハウジング(8)は、前記装飾要素(3)を受けるように構成しており、
前記充填材は、少なくとも1つの金属粉及び少なくとも1つの有機バインダーを有し充填時に1000〜1000000mPa・sの粘性を有する複合充填材から得られる
ことを特徴とする装飾支持体(2)。 - 前記複合充填材の前記金属粉は、金、銀、銅、白金、パラジウム、アルミニウム、チタン、亜鉛、スズ、ガリウム、インジウム、ニッケル、ケイ素、ゲルマニウム及びその混合物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの金属性元素を元素単体又は合金の形で含有する
ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の装飾支持体(2)。 - セラミックス、サーメット、ケイ素、サファイア、ルビー、ダイヤモンド及び石英からなる群から選択される材料で作られている
ことを特徴とする請求項11又は12に記載の装飾支持体(2)。 - 前記複合充填材の金属粉を形成する基本的な元素は、支持体(2)を形成する基本的な元素と同じである
ことを特徴とする請求項11〜13のいずれかに記載の装飾支持体(2)。 - 前記基材(6)は、さらに、変形して前記装飾要素(3)を保持するように変形するグリップ手段(5)を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項11〜14のいずれかに記載の装飾支持体(2)。
