Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明に係るケイフッ化水素酸含有廃液の処理方法は、アルカリ金属炭酸塩を添加するステップと、アルカリ金属炭酸塩が添加された溶液に水酸化ナトリウムを添加されたステップと、水酸化ナトリウムが添加された溶液を固液分離するステップと含むことを特徴とする。このように、アルカリ金属炭酸塩と水酸化ナトリウムを順次添加するという簡易な方法により、ケイフッ化水素酸含有廃液から含水率の低いケイフッ化物塩の中性汚泥を得ることが可能になる。

Claims (4)
- 少なくともケイフッ化水素酸を含む廃液にアルカリ金属炭酸塩を添加するステップと、
前記アルカリ金属塩を添加して得られた溶液に水酸化ナトリウムを添加するステップと、
前記水酸化ナトリウムを添加して得られた溶液を固液分離するステップと、
を含む、ケイフッ化水素酸含有廃液の処理方法。 - アルカリ金属イオンの添加量が被処理容器中のケイ素イオンのモル数に対して2〜3当量になるように前記アルカリ金属炭酸塩を添加することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のケイフッ化水素酸含有廃液の処理方法。
- 被処理溶液のpHが3〜6になるように前記水酸化ナトリウムを添加することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のケイフッ化水素酸含有廃液の処理方法。
- 被処理溶液の反応温度が40℃〜60℃になるように前記水酸化ナトリウムを添加することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載のケイフッ化水素酸含有廃液の処理方法。
