Claims (7)
- 流体が通流する筒状の通路管と、前記通路管の管壁部を貫通して複数の羽根体を配置したことを特徴とするミキシングエレメント。
- 前記通路管の管壁部は前記羽根体の羽根体端縁部とほぼ同一形状の複数の穿孔部を形成していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のミキシングエレメント。
- 前記羽根体端縁部は前記通路管の穿孔部に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のミキシングエレメント。
- 前記羽根体は螺旋状に時計方向に右回転していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のミキシングエレメント。
- 前記羽根体は螺旋状に反時計方向に左回転していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のミキシングエレメント。
- 前記羽根体は複数の穿孔を有する多孔板から成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のミキシングエレメント。
- 羽根体の扇形と孔と孔位置とを示した展開図をもとにレーザー加工機で切断された扇状の羽根体を製作する工程と、扇状に切断された羽根体を金型を用いて螺旋状の羽根体を製作する工程と、通路管の管壁部に螺旋状の羽根体端縁部とほぼ同一形状にレーザー加工機で穿孔する工程と、通路管の管壁部に穿孔された穿孔部に螺旋状の羽根体を配置する工程と、通路管の穿孔部と羽根体端縁部とをレーザー加工機で接合する工程と、を有していることを特徴とするミキシングエレメントの製造方法。
