Claims (7)
- 液体が流通する流路に設けられ、流路を流通する液体中に気泡を発生させる微細気泡発生器において、
内周面に周方向に螺旋状に延びる第1の螺旋状部が設けられ、内部を軸方向に液体が流通する軸方向一対の筒状の外側部材と、
外周面が外側部材の内周面と所定間隔をおいて対向するように外側部材内に配置され、外周面に周方向に螺旋状に延びる第2の螺旋状部が設けられた軸方向一対の内側部材と、
軸方向一方の外側部材及び内側部材と軸方向他方の外側部材及び内側部材との間に配置され、各内側部材を支持するとともに、液体を軸方向に流通可能な貫通孔を有する中間部材とを備え、
各内側部材及び中間部材の径方向中央部を一方の内側部材の液体流入側から他方の内側部材の液体流出側まで軸方向に貫通する液体流通孔を設け、
前記流体が、一方の外側部材の第1の螺旋状部と一方の内側部材の第2の螺旋状部との間と前記液体流通孔とをそれぞれ流通するとともに、一方の外側部材と一方の内側部材との間から流出した液体が中間部材の貫通孔を通り、他方の外側部材の第1の螺旋状部と他方の内側部材の第2の螺旋状部との間を流通し、前記液体流通孔から流出した液体と他方の内側部材の液体流出側で合流するように構成した
ことを特徴とする微細気泡発生器。 - 前記第1の螺旋状部と第2の螺旋状部とを互いに軸方向のピッチが異なるように形成した
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の微細気泡発生器。 - 前記外側部材の液体流入側に下流側に向かって内径が縮小するテーパ部を設けた
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の微細気泡発生器。 - 前記第1の螺旋状部と第2の螺旋状部とを螺旋のねじれ方向が互いに反対向きになるように形成した
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか一項記載の微細気泡発生器。 - 前記中間部材の径方向中央部から軸方向に延びる固定部材を備え、
固定部材によって各内側部材を支持するとともに、
固定部材に前記液体流通孔を設けた
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか一項記載の微細気泡発生器。 - 内周面に内ネジ部が設けられ、軸方向両端を開口した筒状の本体ケースを備え、
前記各内側部材が支持された中間部材を各外側部材の間に配置した状態で、各外側部材の外周面に設けられた外ネジ部を本体ケースの内周面に設けられた内ネジ部に螺合するとともに、各外側部材によって中間部材を軸方向に挟持することにより、各外側部材、各内側部材及び中間部材を本体ケースに組み付けた
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れか一項記載の微細気泡発生器。 - 前記貫通孔を中間部材の周方向複数箇所に設けるとともに、
各貫通孔の内周面に周方向に螺旋状に延びる第3の螺旋状部を設けた
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の何れか一項記載の微細気泡発生器。
