Abstract
【解決手段】充電システムは、充電ユニット50と認証装置60と集約装置13とを備える。充電ユニット50は、集合住宅10に設置され車両の蓄電池を充電する。認証装置60は、充電ユニット50の使用者を認証する。集約装置13は、集合住宅10に敷設された構内通信網1を通して住戸端末11と通信する。住戸端末11は、充電ユニット50の利用を開始したい時刻と終了したい時刻との少なくとも一方を集約装置13に出力する。住戸端末11が集約装置13から有効期間を設定した当座識別情報を受け取り、かつ集約装置13によって当座識別情報が有効期間とともに認証装置60に転送された後に、認証装置60に当座識別情報が入力されると充電ユニット50の利用が可能になる。

Claims (1)
- 電力の需要家がそれぞれ占有する複数のスペースを備えた建物において前記需要家が共用する共用部に設置され車両の蓄電池を充電する充電ユニットと、
前記充電ユニットが設置されている所定の空間領域内に配置され前記充電ユニットの使用者を認証する認証装置と、
前記建物内に敷設された構内通信網を通して前記各スペースに設置された情報端末と通信する集約装置とを備え、
前記情報端末は、
前記充電ユニットの利用を開始したい時刻と終了したい時刻との少なくとも一方を前記集約装置に出力する機能を有し、
前記情報端末が前記集約装置から有効期間を設定した当座識別情報を受け取り、かつ前記集約装置によって前記当座識別情報が有効期間とともに前記認証装置に転送された後に、前記認証装置に前記当座識別情報が入力されると前記充電ユニットの利用が可能になる
ことを特徴とする充電システム。
