Abstract
Description

Claims (18)
- 内部に閉塞を有する血管を再開通させるためのカテーテルであって、
基端部と、先端部と、前記先端部に近接した先端部分とを有するカテーテルシャフトと、
前記カテーテルシャフトの外側に位置するように、該カテーテルシャフトの先端部分に装着された拡張可能部材と、
前記カテーテルシャフトからかつ前記拡張可能部材の外側に沿って延在する可撓性チューブ部材と、
を含み、
前記拡張可能部材の拡張によって、前記可撓性チューブ部材を、前記カテーテルシャフトの長手方向軸から離れるように撓んだ形態に撓ませる、カテーテル。 - 送達形態において、前記可撓性チューブ部材が、前記カテーテルシャフトの長手方向軸に略平行な長手方向中心軸を有する、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記拡張可能部材が、膨張可能なバルーンである、請求項2に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記バルーンの膨張により、前記可撓性チューブ部材を、前記カテーテルシャフトから離れるように撓んだ形態に湾曲させる、請求項3に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記可撓性チューブ部材が、その先端部に先端開口部を含み、前記先端開口部は、撓んだ形態において基端方向に対面している、請求項4に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記拡張可能部材が、前記カテーテルシャフトから反対方向へ延びる第1の翼部分および第2の翼部分を含む膨張可能なバルーンである、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記膨張可能なバルーンが、前記第1の翼部分と第2の翼部分との間に配置された球根状部分をさらに含む、請求項6に記載のカテーテル。

- 前記金属チューブ部材が、角度のつけられた先端を有する、請求項9に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記拡張可能部材が、収縮して送達形態にあるときに、前記可撓性チューブ部材の周りに折り畳まれる、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記拡張可能部材は膨張すると、その外面が前記可撓性チューブ部材を押圧する、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。

前記膨張可能なバルーンに近接した前記カテーテルシャフトの位置から先端側に延在し、かつ、前記膨張可能なバルーンの外側に沿って延在する可撓性チューブ部材であって、前記膨張可能なバルーンが膨張すると、前記カテーテルシャフトから離れるように、湾曲形態に撓むことが可能なように構成されている可撓性チューブ部材と、
前記可撓性チューブ部材のルーメンから血管の真腔内へ進むように構成されている長尺状の医療機器と、
を含むカテーテル組立体。 - 前記膨張可能なバルーンが、前記カテーテルシャフトの反対方向へ延びる第1の翼部分および第2の翼部分を含む、請求項13に記載のカテーテル組立体。
- 前記膨張可能なバルーンが、前記第1の翼部分と第2の翼部分との間に配置された球根状部分をさらに含む、請求項14に記載のカテーテル組立体。
- 前記膨張可能なバルーンの球根状部分は膨張すると、前記可撓性チューブ部材を押圧して、該可撓性チューブ部材を湾曲形態に撓ませるように構成されている、請求項15に記載のカテーテル組立体。
- 前記膨張可能なバルーンが、収縮して送達形態にあるときに、前記チューブ部材の周りに折り畳まれる、請求項13に記載のカテーテル組立体。
