Description
Claims (9)
- 閉塞した血管を再疎通させるための装置において、
頭部と尾部を備える第一ガイドワイヤ部分であって、当該第一ガイドワイヤ部分の断面積が当該第一ガイドワイヤ部分の頭部から尾部に向かって増加する、第一ガイドワイヤ部分と、
頭部と尾部を備える第二ガイドワイヤ部分であって、当該第二ガイドワイヤ部分の断面積が当該第二ガイドワイヤ部分の頭部から尾部に向かって増加する、第二ガイドワイヤ部分と
を備え、前記第一ガイドワイヤ部分の尾部が、前記第二ガイドワイヤ部分の尾部に接続され、当該装置がさらに、前記第一ガイドワイヤ部分の頭部から前記第二ガイドワイヤ部分の頭部まで少なくとも300cmの長さを有し、
前記第一ガイドワイヤ部分が閉塞血管に逆行方向に前進するよう構成され、前記第二ガイドワイヤ部分が閉塞血管に順行方向に位置決めされるように構成される、装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記第一または第二ガイドワイヤ部分がコアワイヤを含むことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項2に記載の装置において、前記コアワイヤは、断面の縦横比が1未満であることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項2に記載の装置において、前記コアワイヤの上にストラクチュラルポリマーの層を含むことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記第一または第二ガイドワイヤ部分の外表面が親水性コーティングでコーティングされることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記第一および第二ガイドワイヤ部分に分割されることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記第一ガイドワイヤ部分または前記第二ガイドワイヤ部分が延長可能であることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記第一ガイドワイヤ部分の尾部を前記第二ガイドワイヤ部分の尾部に取り外し可能に接続するように構成された結合装置を更に備えることを特徴とする装置。
- 閉塞した血管を再疎通させるための装置において、
頭部と尾部を備える第一ガイドワイヤ部分であって、当該第一ガイドワイヤ部分の断面積が当該第一ガイドワイヤ部分の頭部から尾部に向かって増加する、第一ガイドワイヤ部分と、
頭部と尾部を備える第二ガイドワイヤ部分であって、当該第二ガイドワイヤ部分の断面積が当該第二ガイドワイヤ部分の頭部から尾部に向かって増加する、第二ガイドワイヤ部分と
を備え、前記第一ガイドワイヤ部分の尾部が、前記第二ガイドワイヤ部分の尾部に接続され、当該装置がさらに、前記第一ガイドワイヤ部分の頭部から前記第二ガイドワイヤ部分の頭部まで少なくとも300cmの長さを有し、
前記第一ガイドワイヤ部分が閉塞血管に順行方向に前進するよう構成され、前記第二ガイドワイヤ部分が閉塞血管に逆行方向に位置決めされるように構成される、装置。
