Claims (19)
- 同軸経中隔装置であって、
この同軸経中隔装置が、近位端、遠位端、および前記遠位端にある尖鋭部分を有する可撓性シャフトを備える刺通装置を備え、
前記刺通装置の前記シャフトの可撓性が、遠位に増大するものであり、
前記刺通装置の前記シャフトが、このシャフトの前記遠位端に沿ってのこのシャフトの前記可撓性を増大させるために、螺旋状切込み区画をその遠位端に含み、
前記シャフトの外径が、前記螺旋状切込み区画を有した前記遠位端の部分に沿って、略一定に維持され、
前記同軸経中隔装置が、近位部分、遠位先端を有した遠位部分、前記近位部分を前記遠位部分から離間する遷移接合部、および前記近位部分内と遠位部分内とに延在するルーメンを有する同軸ガイドワイヤを備え、
前記ガイドワイヤの前記ルーメンが、前記刺通装置を受けて前記刺通装置に対して動くように構成され、
前記遷移接合部が、前記近位部分から前記遠位部分へと前記ガイドワイヤの可撓性が増大する場所を規定し、
前記遠位部分が、前記遠位先端の近傍箇所に向けて遠位に増大する可撓性を有する、同軸経中隔装置。 - 前記ガイドワイヤが、このガイドワイヤの前記可撓性を増大させる螺旋状切込みをその遠位端に有するチューブを含む、請求項1に記載の同軸経中隔装置。
- 前記螺旋状切込みが、前記チューブの長手方向に沿って変動するピッチを有し、それによって前記ピッチが、前記螺旋状切込みの近位端よりも前記螺旋状切込みの遠位端で狭くなる、請求項2に記載の同軸経中隔装置。
- 前記ガイドワイヤが、前記ガイドワイヤの少なくとも前記遠位部分を取り囲むコイルを含む、請求項2に記載の同軸経中隔装置。
- 前記ガイドワイヤが、螺旋状切込みを遠位端に有するチューブを含み、前記螺旋状切込みが、前記コイルの方向とは反対の方向を有する、請求項4に記載の同軸経中隔装置。
- 前記ガイドワイヤが、放射状収束先端を前記遠位先端に含み、前記放射状収束先端が、脈管組織への外傷を最小限に抑えるように構成される、請求項1に記載の同軸経中隔装置。
- 前記放射状収束先端が、放射線不透過性材料から構築される、請求項6に記載の同軸経中隔装置。
- 前記螺旋状切込み区画が、前記シャフトの長手方向に沿って変動するピッチを有し、それによって前記ピッチが、前記螺旋状切込み区画の近位端よりも前記螺旋状切込み区画の遠位端で狭くなる、請求項1に記載の同軸経中隔装置。
- 前記螺旋状切込み区画が、前記シャフトの長手方向に沿って変動する深さを有し、それによって前記深さが、前記螺旋状切込み区画の近位端よりも前記螺旋状切込み区画の遠位端で深くなる、請求項1に記載の同軸経中隔装置。
- 前記刺通装置が、前記刺通装置の操作を可能とするように適合されたハブを前記シャフトの前記近位端に含む、請求項1に記載の同軸経中隔装置。
- 前記刺通装置の前記シャフトの、前記刺通装置の前記ハブと前記ガイドワイヤの近位端との間に取り付けるように構成された安全クリップをさらに備え、前記安全クリップによって、前記刺通装置の前記尖鋭部分が、前記同軸ガイドワイヤの前記遠位先端を越えて延びるのを防止する、請求項10に記載の同軸経中隔装置。
- 前記ガイドワイヤが、
前記ガイドワイヤの近位端に接続される取外し可能なアダプタであって、心臓の腔内の圧力を測定する圧力モニタに結合されるように構成された、取外し可能なアダプタをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の同軸経中隔装置。 - 前記ガイドワイヤが、さらに、
近位端、遠位端、および前記近位端と遠位端との間に延在するルーメンを有するチューブであって、遠位に増大する可撓性を有する、チューブと、
前記チューブの少なくとも前記遠位端を取り囲むコイルと
を備え、
前記近位端と遠位端との間に延在する外面であって、管状手術用装置を受けて前記管状手術用装置に対して動くように構成された外面を前記チューブがさらに含む、請求項1に記載の同軸経中隔装置。 - 前記チューブが、前記チューブの前記可撓性を増大させる螺旋状切込みを前記遠位端に含む、請求項13に記載の同軸経中隔装置。
- 前記螺旋状切込みが、前記チューブに沿って変動するピッチを含み、それによって前記ピッチが、前記螺旋状切込みの近位端よりも遠位端で狭くなる、請求項14に記載の同軸経中隔装置。
- 前記チューブの前記螺旋状切込みの方向が、前記チューブを取り囲む前記コイルの方向とは反対である、請求項14に記載の同軸経中隔装置。
- 前記チューブの前記近位端を取り囲み、前記チューブの前記遠位端に対して前記チューブの前記近位端の前記可撓性を低減させるように構成されたスリーブをさらに備える、請求項13に記載の同軸経中隔装置。
- 前記チューブの前記近位端に接続される取外し可能なアダプタであって、心臓の腔内の圧力を測定する圧力モニタに結合されるように構成された、取外し可能なアダプタをさらに備える、請求項13に記載の同軸経中隔装置。
- 管状手術用装置を上に受けるように構成された外面をさらに備え、前記管状手術用装置が、前記外面に対して摺動することになる、請求項1に記載の同軸経中隔装置。
