Claims (14)
- 慢性完全閉塞(CTO)部を横断するための装置であって、
患者の血管に挿入する延長体を有するカテーテルと、
前記延長体の遠位部分にある血管内撮像デバイスと、
前記延長体の遠位端部にある出口ポートと、
前記カテーテルのルーメン内にあり、血管の真腔内で前記CTO部を横断する先端を含む横断部材と、
前記横断部材が前記出口ポートから押し出され、前記延長体の前記遠位端部から離れるように延びるよう当該横断部材に力を作用させる機構と、を含み、
前記先端は、前記CTO部の被膜を突き破る2つ以上のプロングを含む、装置。 - ガイドワイヤルーメンをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ガイドワイヤルーメンは、迅速交換構成で前記カテーテルの長さの一部に沿って延びる、請求項2に記載の装置。
