Abstract
【解決手段】ダブルサンギヤ型プラネタリギヤセットPG1を備えた自動変速機10では、キャリヤ本体41は、ピニオンシャフト31の両端部を支持する第1及び第2プレート部42、43と、第1及び第2プレート部42、43を連結する連結部と、連結部から第1及び第2サンギヤS1a、S1bの間を通じて径方向内方に延び、回転部材12に連結されるセンタプレート部45とを備え、センタプレート部45に、内周側に設けられた導入口から径方向外方に延びるセンタプレート部内油路が設けられ、軸受部25への潤滑油供給油路L1は、導入口からセンタプレート部内油路を介して軸受部25に通じるように構成されている。

- 軸方向に2分割された第1サンギヤ及び第2サンギヤと、リングギヤと、前記第1サンギヤ及び前記第2サンギヤと前記リングギヤとに噛み合うピニオンと、該ピニオンを支持するキャリヤとを有するダブルサンギヤ型プラネタリギヤセットを備えた自動変速機であって、
前記キャリヤのピニオンシャフトを支持するキャリヤ本体は、前記ピニオンシャフトの両端部をそれぞれ支持する第1プレート部及び第2プレート部と、前記第1プレート部及び前記第2プレート部を連結する連結部と、前記連結部から前記第1サンギヤ及び前記第2サンギヤの間を通って径方向内方に延び、所定の回転部材に連結されるセンタプレート部と、を備え、
前記センタプレート部に、前記センタプレート部の内周側に設けられた導入口から前記センタプレート部内を径方向外方に延びるセンタプレート部内油路が設けられ、
前記ピニオンとピニオンシャフトとの間の軸受部に潤滑油を供給する潤滑油供給油路は、前記センタプレート部の内周側に設けられた導入口から前記センタプレート部内油路を介して前記軸受部に通じるように構成されている、
ことを特徴とする自動変速機。 - 前記ピニオンシャフトに、前記ピニオンシャフト内を軸方向に延びるピニオンシャフト内油路が設けられ、
前記連結部に、前記センタプレート部内油路に連通されて該センタプレート部内油路から前記連結部内を軸方向一方側に延びる連結部内油路が設けられ、
前記潤滑油供給油路は、前記センタプレート部の内周側に設けられた導入口から前記センタプレート部内油路及び前記連結部内油路を介して前記ピニオンシャフトの一端部において前記ピニオンシャフト内油路に連通し、該ピニオンシャフト内油路から前記軸受部に通じるように構成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動変速機。 - 前記プラネタリギヤセットの近傍に被潤滑部が設けられ、
前記キャリヤは、前記センタプレート部の内周側に設けられた導入口から導入された潤滑油の一部を前記被潤滑部に供給するように構成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の自動変速機。 - 前記キャリヤは、前記第1プレート部の外周側に前記センタプレート部内油路に連通されて前記被潤滑部に潤滑油を供給する供給口を備え、前記センタプレート部の内周側に設けられた導入口から導入された潤滑油の一部を前記供給口から前記被潤滑部に供給するように構成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の自動変速機。
