Description
ブレーキBR2の締結用油圧室71に締結用作動油を供給する締結用供給油路L2は、第2ハブ部材31及び油路形成部材80に形成されている。ブレーキBR2の解放用油圧室72に解放用作動油を供給する解放用供給油路L3と摩擦板50に潤滑用作動油を供給する潤滑用供給油路L1とは、第2ハブ部材31に形成されている。締結用供給油路L2及び解放用供給油路L3は、油圧室70に作動油を供給する作動用供給油路を構成する。
図17は、解放状態にあるブレーキを示す断面図、図18は、接触直前状態にあるブレーキを示す断面図、図19は、ゼロクリアランス状態にあるブレーキを示す断面図、図20は、締結状態にあるブレーキを示す断面図である。図17から図20は、図3に示すブレーキBR2の要部を拡大して示している。

Claims (4)
- ハブ部材と、ドラム部材と、前記ハブ部材と前記ドラム部材との間に配置される複数の摩擦板と、前記複数の摩擦板を締結するピストンとを有する摩擦締結要素を備えた自動変速機であって、
前記ハブ部材は、前記摩擦板がスプライン係合されるスプライン部を備えた円筒部を有すると共に鉄系材料から形成される第1ハブ部材と、前記第1ハブ部材に隣接して配置されると共に前記摩擦板に潤滑用の作動油を供給する潤滑用供給油路を備えた潤滑用供給部を有し、且つアルミニウム系材料から形成される第2ハブ部材とを備え、
前記第1ハブ部材の円筒部に、前記第2ハブ部材の潤滑用供給部に対応して周方向に切り欠かれた潤滑用切欠部が形成され、
前記潤滑用供給部は、前記潤滑用切欠部を通じて前記摩擦板に潤滑用の作動油を供給する、
ことを特徴とする自動変速機。 - 前記摩擦締結要素は、前記ハブ部材が変速機ケースに結合されると共に前記ドラム部材が所定の回転部材に結合されたブレーキである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動変速機。 - 前記ピストンを付勢する作動油が供給される油圧室を備え、
前記第2ハブ部材に、前記油圧室に作動油を供給する作動用供給油路が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の自動変速機。 - 前記自動変速機は、流体伝動装置を介することなく駆動源に連結され、
前記摩擦締結要素は、発進時にスリップ制御されると共に1速の変速段で締結されるブレーキである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れか1項に記載の自動変速機。
