Description
また、第1緩衝部材によって固定側円筒部材の回転方向他方側の歯面と変速機ケースの回転方向一方側の歯面との間で生じる歯打ち音が抑制され、第2緩衝部材によって固定側円筒部材の回転方向一方側の歯面と変速機ケースの回転方向他方側の歯面との間で生じる歯打ち音が抑制される。これにより、駆動状態及び被駆動状態いずれの状態においても歯打ち音を抑制できる。
また、緩衝部材が第1緩衝部材または第2緩衝部材のみで構成される場合に比べて、第1スプリングまたは第2スプリングのばね定数を過剰に高めることなく歯打ち音を抑制することができる。緩衝部材のばね定数が第1スプリングと第2スプリングの合成ばね定数で設定される場合、第1緩衝部材または第2緩衝部材のみを備える場合に比べて、それぞれのばね定数を低減することができるので、緩衝部材の組付け性が向上できる。

Claims (5)
- 変速機ケースにスプライン結合された固定側円筒部材と、
所定の回転部材に結合された回転側円筒部材と、
前記固定側円筒部材と前記回転側円筒部材との間に配置されると共に前記固定側円筒部材にスプライン係合される固定側摩擦板と前記回転側円筒部材にスプライン係合される回転側摩擦板とを有する複数の摩擦板と、
前記複数の摩擦板を締結するピストンと、を有するブレーキを備えた自動変速機であって、
前記変速機ケースのスプライン部と前記固定側円筒部材のスプライン部との間に配置されて、前記固定側円筒部材が前記変速機ケースに対して相対回転して衝突するときの衝撃を緩衝する緩衝部材を備え、
前記緩衝部材は、
前記固定側円筒部材の前記スプライン部の
回転方向他方側の歯面と前記変速機ケースの前記スプライン部の回転方向一方側の歯面との間に配置された第1緩衝部材と、
前記固定側円筒部材の前記スプライン部の回転方向一方側の歯面と前記変速機ケースの前記スプライン部の回転方向他方側の歯面との間に配置された第2緩衝部材と、を備え、
前記第1緩衝部材は、コイルスプリングで構成される第1スプリングを備え、
前記第2緩衝部材は、コイルスプリングで構成される第2スプリングを備え、
前記緩衝部材のばね定数は、前記第1スプリングと前記第2スプリングの合成ばね定数によって設定されている自動変速機。 - 前記固定側円筒部材は、前記変速機ケースに固定された固定側保持部材によって軸方向位置が規制されている請求項1に記載の自動変速機。
- 前記回転側円筒部材は、前記固定側円筒部材に対向すると共に、前記固定側円筒部材の径方向外側に配置されている請求項1または請求項2に記載の自動変速機。
- 前記緩衝部材は、圧縮状態で配置されている請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の自動変速機。
- 前記変速機ケースの前記スプライン部の各スプライン歯は、周方向の幅が軸方向一方側から他方側に向かって狭くなるように形成されている請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の自動変速機。
