Claims (7)
- 樹脂成形体にレーザ光照射して前面に第1回路パターンが形成されたベース部と、このベース部に搭載されて前記第1回路パターンに電気接続される発光素子とを備える光源ユニットであって、前記ベース部は所定方向に向けられて前記発光素子を搭載する搭載面部と、前記搭載面部に面交差した状態で連絡されている側壁面部を備えており、前記側壁面部は前記搭載面部に対して鈍角で交差する傾斜面として形成されていることを特徴とする光源ユニット。
- 前記搭載面部は前記発光素子を面実装するための搭載ランドを備え、前記搭載面部には前記ベース部を厚み方向に貫通して後面側からレーザ光が照射可能なレーザ照射孔が開口されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光源ユニット。
- 前記搭載面部は前記搭載ランドの下部領域に、前記発光素子の実装時のリフロー材の流下を阻止するためのリフロー阻止部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の光源ユニット。
- 前記搭載面部は、前記第1回路パターンの一部で形成されて前記発光素子から出射された光を反射するリフレクタ層を備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の光源ユニット。
- 前記ベース部は後面に前記第1回路パターンに電気接続された第2回路パターンを備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の光源ユニット。
- 前記ベース部の後面には前記第2回路パターンの一部で形成されたヒートシンク層を備えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の光源ユニット。
- 前記ベース部の後面には前記第2回路パターンに電気接続される電子部品が搭載されていることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の光源ユニット。
