Abstract
Description
図1に示す第1実施形態の電磁クラッチ1は、車両走行用駆動力を出力する駆動源としてのエンジンから回転駆動力を得て、圧縮機構を回転駆動させる圧縮機2のクラッチ機構に本発明の原理を適用したものである。したがって、本実施形態では、エンジンが駆動源であり、圧縮機2が従動側機器である。
図7に示すように、本実施形態は、第1実施形態の電磁クラッチ1において、樹脂部材37の表面形状を特許文献1と同様の形状としている。
図8に示すように、本実施形態は、第1実施形態の電磁クラッチ1において、ケース40の形状を変更している。
本発明は上記した実施形態に限定されるものではなく、下記のように、特許請求の範囲に記載した範囲内において適宜変更が可能である。

Claims (6)
- 通電時に電磁吸引力を発生する電磁コイル(36)と、
駆動源からの回転駆動力を受けた際に回転中心線(O)を中心に回転するとともに、前記回転中心線(O)の軸線方向において互いに離間した第1の面(13a)および第2の面(13b)を有し、前記第1の面(13a)および前記第2の面(13b)が、前記軸線方向に直交する方向に延設されているロータ(10)と、
従動側機器(2)の回転軸(2a)に連結可能であって、前記電磁コイル(36)の通電時に前記電磁吸引力によって前記ロータ(10)の前記第1の面(13a)に吸着されるとともに、前記電磁コイル(36)の非通電時に前記ロータ(10)の前記第1の面(13a)から切り離されるアーマチュア(20)と、
前記軸線方向において前記ロータ(10)の前記第2の面(13b)に対向して配置され、かつ、前記第2の面(13b)との間に空間(60)を形成するとともに、前記第2の面(13b)側に開口部(30a)を有し、前記開口部(30a)に連なる内部空間(300)に前記電磁コイル(36)を収容するステータ(30)と、
前記ステータ(30)の前記開口部(30a)を塞ぎ、前記電磁コイル(36)を前記ステータ(30)の前記内部空間(300)内に封止する樹脂部材(37)と、
前記ステータ(30)の前記開口部(30a)に位置する前記樹脂部材(37)の一部によって保持されるケース(40)と、
前記ケースの内部に収容され、所定温度以上となった時に前記電磁コイル(36)への電流の供給を遮断する温度ヒューズ(35)とを備え、
前記ケースは、前記第1の面で生じた輻射熱を内部に導入する隙間(45)を有するとともに、前記温度ヒューズの体積よりも容積が大きく、前記ケースの内壁面(41)と前記温度ヒューズとの間に空間(42)を有することを特徴とする電磁クラッチ。 - 前記温度ヒューズは、本体部(35a)と、前記本体部と前記電磁コイルとを電気的に接続するリード線(35b)とを有し、
前記リード線のうち前記ケースの外部に位置する部分が、前記樹脂部材に保持されており、前記リード線の弾性力による所定の接点圧力を持って、前記温度ヒューズが前記ケースの内壁面に接触していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電磁クラッチ。 - 前記ケースの内壁面を構成する部分は、金属光沢色を有する金属材料で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電磁クラッチ。
- 前記ケースの内壁面を構成する部分は、白色の非金属材料で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電磁クラッチ。
- 前記ケースの内壁面は、凹曲面形状であることを特徴する請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載の電磁クラッチ。
- 前記ケースは、中心線(CL)方向における一端(43)と他端(44)の両端が開口した円筒形状であり、
前記隙間は、前記中心線方向に沿って延びたスリットであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つに記載の電磁クラッチ。
