Abstract
【解決手段】実施形態にかかる検体処理装置は、検体を収容可能に形成された検体容器の姿勢情報を検出可能に構成された検出部と、前記検体容器の姿勢情報に基づく所定方向に前記検体容器を回動させて起立状態とする起立部と、を備える。

Description
以下、本発明の第1実施形態にかかる検体処理装置10について、図1乃至図9を参照して説明する。なお、各図において適宜構成を拡大、縮小、省略して示している。図中矢印X,Y,Zは互いに直交する3方向をそれぞれ示す。なお、矢印Xは搬送ユニット20の搬送方向に沿い、矢印Yはホルダ搬送ユニット60の搬送方向に沿い、矢印Zは上下方向に沿う。
Claims (5)
- 検体を収容可能に形成された検体容器の姿勢情報を検出可能に構成された検出部と、
前記検体容器の姿勢情報に基づく所定方向に前記検体容器を回動させて起立状態とする起立部と、
を備えることを特徴とする検体処理装置。 - 前記姿勢情報に基づいて、前記検体容器の底部が下に配されるように前記起立部の動作を制御する制御部をさらに備え、
前記検出部は、前記姿勢情報として、所定位置における前記検体容器の対象部位の有無を検出するレーザーセンサを備え、
前記起立部は、前記横臥状態の前記検体容器を挟持可能、かつ開放可能に構成された保持機構部と、前記保持機構部を回動して前記検体容器を起立させる回動機構部と、を備え、
ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の検体処理装置。 - 前記検体容器は頭部と底部の外周部分の形状が異なる試験管であり、
前記レーザーセンサは、前記姿勢情報として横臥状態の前記検体容器の端部における外周部分の有無を検出可能に構成されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の検体処理装置。 - 複数の前記検体容器が収容可能な収容空間と、前記収容空間と外部を連通する排出口と、が形成された収容部と、前記収容空間内で昇降動可能に構成され上昇時に前記検体容器を個別に押し上げ前記排出口に送る押し上げプレートと、を備える搬入部と、
前記排出口の下部を含む所定の搬送経路に沿って前記検体容器を横臥状態で搬送可能に構成された搬送部と、
前記起立部の下方に設けられ、前記検体容器を立位状態で保持可能に構成されたホルダを搬送するホルダ搬送部と、
立位状態の前記検体容器を前記ホルダに押込み挿入する挿入機構部と、をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか記載の検体処理装置。 - 所定の搬送路に沿って横臥状態の検体容器を搬送し、
検出器によって前記検体容器の姿勢情報を検出し、
横臥状態の前記検体容器を回動可能に構成された回動機構部により、前記検出された前記検体容器の姿勢情報に基づく所定方向に前記検体容器を回動し、起立させる、ことを特徴とする検体処理方法。
