Abstract
【解決手段】金属材料の押出し成形で縦長に形成されて横方向断面がコ字状の凹溝1Eの開口を一側面に有する本体1の該凹溝1Eを形成する内底壁1Fの中央部に取り付けられた1又は複数個のLEDユニット6を有する。本体1は凹溝1Eの内底壁1Fの背面側に押出し成形で形成されて当該押出し方向と平行で上下端が解放した1又は複数の通気孔2を有する。LEDユニット6が取り付けられた内底壁1Fと通気孔2との間に熱容量の大なる領域1Dを設ける。本体1は、通気孔2の縦方向が上下方向となる設置姿勢でLEDユニット6を点灯することで、LEDユニット6から伝導される熱を該通気孔2の中を上昇する気流に移転して脱熱する煙突効果を持たせる。

前記本体1は、前記通気孔2の前記縦方向が上下方向となる設置姿勢で前記LEDユニット6を点灯することで、前記LEDユニット6から伝導される熱を該通気孔2の中を上昇する気流に移転して脱熱する煙突効果を持たせる構成とした。

- 金属材料の押出し成形で縦長に形成されて横方向断面がコ字状の凹溝の開口を一側面に有する本体と、
前記本体の前記凹溝を形成する内底壁の前記横断面で視た中央部に取り付けられた1又は複数個のLEDユニットと、
前記本体の前記凹溝の開口が位置する前記一側面を除く他の側面の一部に取り付けられた電源ユニットと、前記凹溝の前記開口に取り付けて前記LEDユニットの前方を覆う透明板と、前記本体の前記凹溝の前記縦方向上下端を閉塞し、前記透明板と共に前記LEDユニットを環境から隔離する上蓋及び下蓋とを有し、
前記本体は前記凹溝の前記内底壁の背面側に前記押出し成形で形成されて当該押出し方向と平行で上下端が解放した又は複数の通気孔を有し、
前記LEDユニットが取り付けられた前記内底壁と前記通気孔との間に熱容量の大なる領域を設けてなり、
前記本体は、前記通気孔の前記縦方向が上下方向となる設置姿勢で前記LEDユニットを点灯することで、前記LEDユニットから伝導される熱を該通気孔の中を上昇する気流に移転して脱熱する煙突効果を持たせる構成としたこと特徴とするLED投光器。 - 請求項1において、
前記通気孔は前記本体の前記内底壁の前記横断面で視た中央部と、該中央部の両側とに設けられ、前記凹溝の前記内底壁の背面側と前記中央部に設けられた通気孔との間に前記熱容量の大なる領域を位置させたこと特徴とするLED投光器。 - 請求項2において、
前記中央部の通気孔の開口面積を前記中央部の両側に設けられた通気孔の開口面積と異ならせたこと特徴とするLED投光器。 - 請求項3において、
前記中央部の通気孔の開口面積を前記中央部の両側に設けられた通気孔の開口面積よりも小さくしたこと特徴とするLED投光器。 - 請求項3において、
前記中央部の通気孔の開口面積を前記中央部の両側に設けられた通気孔の開口面積よりも大きくしたこと特徴とするLED投光器。 - 請求項2において、
前記中央部の通気孔の開口面積と前記中央部の両側に設けられた通気孔の各開口面積を同等としたこと特徴とするLED投光器。 - 請求項1において、
前記通気孔は前記本体の前記内底壁の前記横断面で視た中央部に関して前記横方向に対称な位置に設けたこと特徴とするLED投光器。 - 請求項1において、

前記通気孔の前記横断面の形状を、円形、楕円形、多角形、又は不定形の何れか、あるいはこれらの組み合わせとしたこと特徴とするLED投光器。 - 請求項1において、
前記LEDユニットは、多数LEDチップを共通の円形基板上に直接実装してチップ・オン・ボード方式のLEDモジュールとした発光部と、前記円形基板の外周に小径部を固定し、前記透明板に大径部を対峙させた漏斗形状の反射器と、前記円形基板を前記本体の前記凹溝を形成する内底壁に装架固定するための絶縁ベースとで構成したこと特徴とするLED投光器。 - 請求項1において、
前記LEDユニットを複数個取り付けてLED投光器とした場合に、該複数個のLEDユニットの何れかの色温度を他のLEDユニットのそれと異ならせたこと特徴とするLED投光器。
