Claims (5)
- 前面に複数のLED素子を配置した投光面を形成してなるパネル状投光部と、
前記パネル状投光部の背面に複数の放熱板を有するヒートシンクと、
送風する冷却ファンが順に配置され、
前記パネル状投光部の背面側又は、外部に設置された電源回路と、
前記ヒートシンクの背面に位置し、中央に空気通過穴を有する板状部材を備え、
複数の前記放熱板は、前記ヒートシンクの中央から周囲に向かって放射状に配置されるとともに、前記放熱板の間の連結部は、送風する前記冷却ファンに向かって突出した曲面部を有し、
前記冷却ファンから送風された空気は、前記板状部材に設けられた前記空気通過穴を介して、前記ヒートシンクの中央に向けて送風され、前記板状部材とヒートシンクの間を通過して、前記ヒートシンクの周囲に放出されることを特徴とする
LED投光器。 - 前記パネル状投光部には、前記投光面となる前面側が透明カバーで覆われて密閉されるとともに、前記投光面から前記ヒートシンクを貫通する空気調整管を設けてなることを特徴とする
請求項1に記載のLED投光器。 - 前記空気調整管には、水分の侵入を防止する防水バルブが設けられていることを特徴とする
請求項2に記載のLED投光器。 - 前記ヒートシンクには、第一のカバー部材が設けられ、
前記第一のカバー部材には、中央に前記冷却ファンの空気取り入れ穴が設けられ、
前記第一のカバー部材には、前記第一のカバー部材の中央を覆うための第二のカバー部材が、空気取り入れ通路となる間隔を有して設けられることを特徴とする
請求項1に記載のLED投光器。 - 前記電源回路は、前記板状部材の前記パネル状投光部と反対の面に取り付けられていることを特徴とする
