Abstract
一种发光二极管灯泡,包括灯头、灯罩、发光二极管模组及散热器,该散热器固定在灯头上,该发光二极管模组固定于散热器上,该灯罩罩设于所述发光二极管模组之上并与所述散热器连接固定,该散热器包括壳体及多个散热鳍片,每一个散热鳍片由壳体的内表面沿径向向内凸伸而成,所述壳体上开设有若干贯穿壳体内外表面的孔洞,该散热器上部形成与散热鳍片连接的接触部。壳体外表面的孔洞使散热器内外相通,接触部可将发光二极管模组发出的热量快速传导至散热器,有利于热量的快速消散。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别涉及一种发光二极管灯泡。
背景技术
发光二极管(Light emitting diode,LED)能发出一定亮度的光,其亮度又能通过电流或电压进行调节,本身又耐冲击、抗振动,并且发光颜色非常丰富,色彩过渡十分柔和,同时使用寿命比普通白炽灯长20至30倍。基于以上种种优点,以发光二极管作为光源并采用与白炽灯相似外形的发光二极管灯泡被业界推崇。
发光二极管灯泡在发光时,发光二极管芯片会将部分电能转换成热能,又因为发光二极管灯泡一般体积较小,若不能快速将灯泡内的热量散发,将影响灯泡的使用寿命。因此如何有效地对发光二极管灯泡进行散热改进成为了业界亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种散热效果良好的发光二极管灯泡。
一种发光二极管灯泡,包括灯头、灯罩、发光二极管模组及散热器,该散热器固定在灯头上,该发光二极管模组固定于散热器上,该灯罩罩设于所述发光二极管模组之上并与所述散热器连接固定,该散热器包括壳体及多个散热鳍片,每一个散热鳍片由壳体的内表面沿径向向内凸伸而成,所述壳体上开设有若干贯穿壳体内外表面的孔洞,该散热器上部形成与散热鳍片连接的接触部。
上述的发光二极管灯泡壳体外表面的孔洞使散热器内外相通,接触部可将发光二极管模组发出的热量快速传导至散热器,有利于热量的快速消散。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1和图2,本发明实施方式提供的一种发光二极管灯泡包括灯头10、散热器30、连接灯头10和散热器30的灯座20、装设于散热器30内的风扇44,发光二极管模组50以及灯罩60。
所述灯头10整体呈圆筒状,用于与外部电源电连接以提供发光二极管灯泡工作所需的电能。该灯头10的底端封闭,顶端与灯座20旋合连接。该灯头10的外壁形成外螺纹101,该外螺纹101用于与外部电源插座(图未示)连接固定。该灯头10为标准的螺纹灯头,在其他实施例中,该灯头10还可以是外壁带有突出卡扣的通用灯头。
请同时参考图3,所述灯座20用于连接灯头10和散热器30。该灯座20下端具有螺纹,用于与灯头10的上端开口旋合连接。该灯座20的内径自下端至上端逐渐增大形成碗形结构,并在上端形成一个大的开口21,该开口21与散热器30的下端外径大小相当,以与散热器30的下端面平滑连接。该开口21处还可设置连接孔,用于与散热器30连接。该灯座20内部形成收容空间22,用于容置电线等。该灯座20的碗性结构上开设有若干通风孔23,使收容空间22与外部空气连通。
请同时参阅图4,所述散热器30包括壳体31、从壳体31内壁向内伸出的散热鳍片32,以及散热鳍片32围绕形成的接触部33。散热鳍片32以内、接触部33以下形成收容部34。该散热器30采用铝挤方式形成,成本低,容易制造。
所述壳体31呈上部开口直径大于下部开口直径的柱状体,其外表面开设有若干孔洞311,在本实施例中,该孔洞311四个一组、沿壳体31周向上下交错排列,一则将壳体31内的收容部34与外部空气连通,二则上下交错的排列可以使空气在上下孔洞311间形成对流,即空气可经上部的孔洞311进入壳体31内,再从下部的孔洞311散发至壳体31外。当然,该孔洞311的数量不限于四个一组。
壳体31的内壁沿径向向内延伸出若干相互等间距排列的散热鳍片32,这些散热鳍片32向内延伸,其自由端在壳体31内部形成一个等直径的柱形腔体。该散热鳍片32自由端的上部继续向内延伸,并连接形成封闭该柱形腔体的圆盘状接触部33。该接触部33与散热鳍片32的上端面一起形成一个平台321,用于装设发光二极管模组50。该接触部33可使发光二极管模组50产生的热量快速传导至接触部33,从而达到其他热传导部件的功效,并且该接触部33采用与散热器30一体成型工艺制成,精简了该发光二极管灯泡的零部件,简化了组装程序。该平台321低于该壳体31的上端,使高出的这部分壳体31形成一个环绕平台321的外缘312。该接触部33中间设有一中心孔331,该接触部33以下、散热鳍片32以内的柱形腔体形成收容部34,该中心孔331将该收容部34与散热器30的外部导通。该接触部33圆盘周边形成有连接台332,该连接台332下端面可开设螺纹孔,电气模组42可通过螺纹孔连接在接触部33下端面。另外,还可在该收容部34内装设风扇44。当然,在其他实施例中也可不装设风扇44。
所述发光二极管模组50为环形灯条,其上排列有若干发光二极管51。该发光二极管模组50装设于散热器30的平台321上,并与接触部33紧密接触,以使该发光二极管模组50产生的热量可以直接传导至接触部33,再向散热鳍片32传导。该发光二极管模组50中间留出一个小孔52与散热器30的散热鳍片32的中心孔331相通,能够加强空气的对流,使热量更容易散发。
该灯罩60为乳白色半球形玻璃,其内表面涂有一层漫反射材料,用于改善发光二极管51发出光的光学特性,使发光更为均匀,有效地避免眩光,同时保证透光性良好。在其他实施例中,该灯罩60还可以选用透明的玻璃或塑料等材料。该灯罩60包括罩设部61及接合端62,罩设部61大致呈半球壳状。接合端62由罩设部61的末端向下延伸的同时向内收紧再向外延伸形成。该接合端62呈钩状,用于卡持在散热器30的外缘312内。为填补接合端62和散热器30两者对接的空隙并减少硬质材料之间的硬性摩擦可增设一个橡胶圈于两者之间使其连接固定。
发光二极管灯泡工作时,发光二极管模组50产生的热量一部分经由接触部33传输到散热器30,并经散热鳍片32及壳体31传输至散热器30内外的空气中,另一部分直接从上端散热鳍片32的间隔透过,并向下进入收容部34。同时外部的空气可经由壳体31上部的孔洞311进入散热器30内部,并带动热量经散热器30的收容部34向下流动,最终从灯座20的通风孔23或壳体31下部的孔洞311散发至散热器30外部的空气中。还可通过散热器30内部的风扇44加速空气的流通,在整个散热器30的内外形成较大的对流,加速热量的发散。如此循环往复,使发光二极管灯泡内部产生的热量及时消散。
本发明的技术内容及技术特点已揭露如上,然而本领域技术人员仍可能基于本发明的教示及揭示而作出种种不背离本发明精神的替换及修饰。因此,本发明的保护范围应不限于实施例所揭示的内容,而应包括各种不背离本发明的替换及修饰,并为所附的权利要求所涵盖。
Claims (10)
1.一种发光二极管灯泡,包括灯头、灯罩、发光二极管模组及散热器,该散热器固定在灯头上,该发光二极管模组固定于散热器上,该灯罩罩设于所述发光二极管模组之上并与所述散热器连接固定,其特征在于:该散热器包括壳体及多个散热鳍片,每一个散热鳍片由壳体的内表面沿径向向内凸伸而成,所述壳体上开设有若干贯穿壳体内外表面的孔洞,该散热器上部形成与散热鳍片连接的接触部。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯泡,其特征在于:所述孔洞若干个为一组,各组上下交错周向排列于壳体外表面。
3.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯泡,其特征在于:所述散热鳍片的自由端在壳体内围设形成柱形腔体,所述散热鳍片自由端的上部继续延伸形成封闭该柱形腔体的所述接触部,该接触部上开设有中心孔,该接触部下部的柱形腔体形成收容部。
4.如权利要求3所述的发光二极管灯泡,其特征在于:所述散热器是铝挤方式形成,所述壳体的上端超出所述接触部的上端面以形成外缘。
5.如权利要求4所述的发光二极管灯泡,其特征在于:所述发光二极管模组固定在所述接触部上,该发光二极管模组内部具有小孔,该小孔与接触部的中心孔相通。
6.如权利要求5所述的发光二极管灯泡,其特征在于:还包括固定在散热器及灯头之间的灯座,所述灯头和灯座旋合连接,所述散热器与灯座螺合连接。
7.如权利要求6所述的发光二极管灯泡,其特征在于:所述灯座连接固定于散热器壳体的下端面,所述灯座上开设有通风孔。
8.如权利要求7所述的发光二极管灯泡,其特征在于:所述壳体上的孔洞,壳体内的柱形腔体以及灯座上的通风孔形成气流通道。
9.如权利要求3所述的发光二极管灯泡,其特征在于:所述收容部内容置有风扇。
10.如权利要求4所述的发光二极管灯泡,其特征在于:所述灯罩包括罩设部和接合部,该接合部呈钩形,该灯罩的接合部卡持于该外缘内。
