Abstract
【解決手段】前記車両姿勢制御方法は、ABS(Anti−Lock Brake System)動作時に、制御部が感知部を介して油圧変調部の少なくとも1つのインレットバルブ(Inlet Valve、IV)の開放の有無を感知するステップと、少なくとも1つのインレットバルブが開放されると、予め設定された基準値だけモータの動作電流を上昇させるステップとを含む。

Description
しかし、ABSの動作によってホイール圧力を上昇させるためにインレットバルブ(Inlet Valve)が開放されると、マスタシリンダのブレーキオイルが移動するに伴ってマスタシリンダの圧力が急激に減少する問題が発生した。

Claims (10)
- ABS(Anti−Lock Brake System)動作時に、制御部が感知部を介して油圧変調部の少なくとも1つのインレットバルブ(Inlet Valve、IV)の開放の有無を感知するステップと、
前記少なくとも1つのインレットバルブが開放されると、予め設定された基準値だけモータの動作電流を上昇させるステップとを含むことを特徴とする、車両姿勢制御方法。 - 前記モータの動作電流を上昇させた後、予め設定された基準時間が経過するかを判断するステップと、
前記基準時間が経過すると、前記モータの動作電流を原状復帰させるステップとをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両姿勢制御方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つのインレットバルブの開放の有無を判断するステップにおいて、前記制御部は、前記感知部を介して感知される前記少なくとも1つのインレットバルブに対する制御デューティの変化に基づいて、前記少なくとも1つのインレットバルブの開放の有無を判断することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両姿勢制御方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのインレットバルブの開放の有無を判断する時、前記制御部は、前記制御デューティが基準変化量を超えると、前記少なくとも1つのインレットバルブが開放されたと判断することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の車両姿勢制御方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのインレットバルブの開放の有無を判断するステップにおいて、前記制御部は、前記制御デューティの変化量が予め設定された基準変化量を超えると、前記少なくとも1つのインレットバルブが開放されたと判断することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の車両姿勢制御方法。
- 車両に制動の必要性が発生すると、制動圧力を形成するように制御する制御部と、
前記制御部の制御に基づいて、油圧を形成するアクチュエータ部と、
前記制御部の制御に基づいて、前記油圧の供給または解除のための少なくとも1つのバルブを開放または閉鎖させて、制動圧力を形成する油圧変調部と、
前記油圧変調部の少なくとも1つのインレットバルブ(Inlet Valve)の開放の有無を感知する感知部とを含むが、前記制御部は、前記少なくとも1つのインレットバルブが開放されると、予め設定された基準値だけ前記アクチュエータ部に含まれたモータの動作電流を上昇させることを特徴とする、車両姿勢制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記モータの動作電流を上昇させた後、予め設定された基準時間が経過すると、前記モータの動作電流を原状復帰させることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の車両姿勢制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記感知部を介して感知される前記少なくとも1つのインレットバルブに対する制御デューティの変化に基づいて、前記少なくとも1つのインレットバルブの開放の有無を感知することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の車両姿勢制御装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのインレットバルブの開放の有無を判断する時、前記制御部は、前記制御デューティが基準変化量を超えると、前記少なくとも1つのインレットバルブが開放されたと判断することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の車両姿勢制御装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記制御デューティの変化量が予め設定された基準変化量を超えると、前記少なくとも1つのインレットバルブが開放されたと判断することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の車両姿勢制御装置。
