Abstract
【解決手段】ショックアブソーバ100は、一端からピストンロッド2が延出するチューブ1と、チューブ1における一端側の端部に設けられ、外周面3aに凹部3bが形成されたキャップ部材3と、ピストンロッド2の先端側に設けられ、内周面4bに凹部3bに係止される凸部4cが形成されたカバー部材4と、を備え、カバー部材4の凸部4cがキャップ部材3の凹部3bに係止されることで収縮状態に保持される。

以下、図1、図2を参照しながら本発明の第1実施形態に係るショックアブソーバ100について説明する。
続いて、図3を参照しながら本発明の第2実施形態に係るショックアブソーバ200について説明する。
Claims (3)
- 一端からピストンロッドが延出するチューブと、
前記チューブにおける前記一端側の端部に設けられ、外周面に係止部が形成されたキャップ部材と、
前記ピストンロッドの先端側に設けられ、内周面に前記係止部に係止される被係止部が形成されたカバー部材と、
を備え、
前記カバー部材の前記被係止部が前記キャップ部材の前記係止部に係止されることで収縮状態に保持される、
ことを特徴とするショックアブソーバ。 - 請求項1に記載のショックアブソーバであって、
前記係止部は、軸線方向に延びる縦溝部と前記縦溝部に連なって周方向に延びる横溝部とを有する凹部であり、
前記被係止部は、前記カバー部材の内周面に形成された凸部であり、
前記カバー部材の前記凸部を前記キャップ部材の前記縦溝部に進入させて前記横溝部に移動させることで前記凸部が前記凹部に係止される、
ことを特徴とするショックアブソーバ。 - 請求項1に記載のショックアブソーバであって、
前記係止部は、前記キャップ部材の外周面に形成されたおねじであり、
前記被係止部は、前記カバー部材の内周面に形成されためねじであり、
前記カバー部材の前記めねじと前記キャップ部材の前記おねじとを螺合させることで収縮状態に保持される、
ことを特徴とするショックアブソーバ。
