Claims (4)
- 原料空気を圧縮する空気圧縮機と、
前記空気圧縮機で圧縮された圧縮空気を用いて熱交換する主熱交換器と、
前記主熱交換器を経た圧縮空気から少なくとも酸素を分離する高圧精留塔および低圧精留塔を備える精留塔と、
液体空気を貯液する液体空気貯槽と、
液体酸素を貯液する液体酸素貯槽と、
前記空気圧縮機で圧縮された圧縮空気を、前記主熱交換器を介して前記高圧精留塔へ供給する第1経路と、
前記低圧精留塔から取り出した液体酸素を、前記液体酸素貯槽および前記主熱交換器を介して製品酸素として取り出す第2経路と
を有する空気分離装置において、
前記第1経路には、前記空気圧縮機より下流側に第1流量調整弁が設けられており、
前記第1経路は、前記空気圧縮機より下流側で前記第1流量調整弁より上流側で分岐し、
分岐した分岐路は、前記液体空気貯槽、および第2流量調整弁を介して前記高圧精留塔に接続されており、
当該分岐路には、昇圧空気圧縮機は備えられていないことを特徴とする空気分離装置。 - 前記液体酸素貯槽には、内部に熱交換器が設けられており、
前記分岐路は、前記液体酸素貯槽の内部に設けられた熱交換器、前記液体空気貯槽、および前記第2流量調整弁を介して前記高圧精留塔に接続されており、
当該分岐路には、昇圧空気圧縮機は備えられていない請求項1に記載の空気分離装置。 - 原料空気を圧縮する空気圧縮機と、
前記空気圧縮機で圧縮された圧縮空気を用いて熱交換する主熱交換器と、
前記主熱交換器を経た圧縮空気から少なくとも酸素を分離する高圧精留塔および低圧精留塔を備える精留塔と、
液体空気を貯液する液体空気貯槽と、
液体酸素を貯液する液体酸素貯槽と、
前記空気圧縮機で圧縮された圧縮空気を、前記主熱交換器を介して前記高圧精留塔へ供給する第1経路と、
前記低圧精留塔から取り出した液体酸素を、前記液体酸素貯槽および前記主熱交換器を介して製品酸素として取り出す第2経路と
を有する空気分離装置において、
前記第1経路は、前記空気圧縮機より下流側で分岐し、
分岐した分岐路は、前記液体空気貯槽、および第2流量調整弁を介して前記低圧精留塔に接続されており、
当該分岐路には、昇圧空気圧縮機は備えられていないことを特徴とする空気分離装置。 - 前記液体酸素貯槽には、内部に熱交換器が設けられており、
前記分岐路は、前記液体酸素貯槽の内部に設けられた熱交換器、前記液体空気貯槽、および前記第2流量調整弁を介して前記低圧精留塔に接続されており、
当該分岐路には、昇圧空気圧縮機は備えられていない請求項3に記載の空気分離装置。
