Claims (7)
- ポンプから供給される作動流体によって伸縮し負荷を駆動するシリンダと、
前記シリンダに対する作動流体の給排を切り換え、前記シリンダの伸縮動作を制御する制御弁と、
前記制御弁にパイロット圧を導くパイロット弁と、
前記制御弁が中立位置の場合に前記負荷による負荷圧が作用する前記シリンダの負荷側圧力室と前記制御弁とを接続するメイン通路と、
前記メイン通路に介装され前記制御弁が中立位置である場合に前記負荷側圧力室の負荷圧を保持する負荷保持機構と、
を備える流体圧制御装置であって、
前記負荷保持機構は、
前記制御弁から前記負荷側圧力室への作動流体の流れのみを許容するチェック弁と、
前記負荷側圧力室側の作動流体を前記チェック弁を迂回して前記制御弁側に導くバイパス通路と、
前記バイパス通路に介装され前記バイパス通路の開閉状態を切り換え可能な切換弁と、を備え、
前記切換弁は、
前記パイロット弁を通じてパイロット圧が導かれるパイロット室と、
前記パイロット室のパイロット圧に応じて開弁方向に移動するスプールと、
前記スプールを閉弁方向に付勢する付勢部材と、
前記パイロット室に導かれるパイロット圧流体の一部をドレン通路に導く導通路と、を備え、
前記導通路は、前記切換弁が開弁方向に所定のストローク量以上ストロークすると前記ドレン通路に連通する、
ことを特徴とする流体圧制御装置。 - 前記切換弁は、前記パイロット室内に摺動自在に収容され前記パイロット弁を通じて導かれるパイロット圧を受けて前記スプールを開弁方向に押圧するピストンを有し、
前記導通路は、前記ピストンに形成され前記ピストンがパイロット圧を受けて前記所定のストローク量以上ストロークすると前記ドレン通路に連通する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体圧制御装置。 - 前記導通路は、前記ピストンの内部に穿設される孔である、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の流体圧制御装置。 - 前記導通路は、前記ピストンの外周面に形成される溝である、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の流体圧制御装置。 - 前記スプールは、前記パイロット室に導かれるパイロット圧を受ける受圧面を有し、
前記導通路は、前記スプールの前記受圧面側に形成され前記スプールがパイロット圧を受けて前記所定のストローク量以上ストロークすると前記ドレン通路に連通する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体圧制御装置。 - 前記導通路は、前記スプールの内部に穿設される孔である、
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の流体圧制御装置。 - 前記導通路は、前記スプールの外周面に形成される溝である、
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の流体圧制御装置。
