Description
この従来の制御弁装置は、バルブボディbに図示していないスプールを摺動自在に組み込むとともに、図示していないアクチュエータに接続したアクチュエータポート1を形成している。そして、前記スプールの移動位置に応じて、アクチュエータポート1を作動油の供給側に連通したり、あるいは戻り側に連通したりする構成にしている。
したがって、シート部5が開けば、アクチュエータポート1がオリフィス7を経由してドレンポート9に連通することになる。
そして、第1の発明は、バルブボディに開閉弁を組み込むとともに、この開閉弁は、バルブボディに組み込んだシート部材と、このシート部材に形成したオリフィスと、シート部材のシート部を開閉するポペット部材とを備えている。
したがって、たとえプラグがバルブボディから抜けてしまったとしても、ポペット部材は前記抜け止め機構によって押さえられる。
この実施形態において、バルブボディBに図示していないスプールを摺動自在に組み込むとともに、図示していないアクチュエータに接続したアクチュエータポート1を形成している。そして、前記スプールの移動位置に応じて、アクチュエータポート1を作動流体の供給側に連通したり、あるいは戻り側に連通したりする構成にしている。
前記弁本体11は、バルブボディBに対してネジ14で止められるとともに、この弁本体11と組込み孔2の底部2aとの間で、シート部材13が挟持されている。
そして、前記小径部12bの突出端を、弁本体11にネジ止めしたプラグ16で押さえるようにしている。
なお、図中符号19はポペット部材12の周囲に巻き付けたシール部材である。
先ず、弁本体11にポペット部材12をあらかじめ挿入して、その小径部12bを小穴15に貫通させておく。なお、このときにはシール部材19のフリクションによって、当該ポペット部材12が弁本体11から抜け落ちないようにしている。
この状態でプラグ16を締め付ければ、ポペット部材12のポペット部12aがシート部13aに圧接してそれを閉じることになる。
前記スプールが正常に動作可能のときには、プラグ16を締めてポペット部12aでシート部13aを閉じた状態に保つ。
もし、前記スプールがロックしたりして、例えば、パワーショベルのブームを上げた状態でバケットが高い位置で停止したときには、ブームシリンダに接続したアクチュエータポート1に連通する開閉弁Vのプラグ16を緩める。プラグ16を緩めれば、前記ブームシリンダの負荷圧の作用で、ポペット部材12は、環状凸部12cが段部17に突き当たるまで移動し、シート部13aを開く。
したがって、前記ブームシリンダは、オリフィス18の絞り抵抗の分、ゆっくりと収縮しながらバケットを所定位置まで降下させる。
また、抜け止め機構を設けたので、ポペット部材12がバルブボディBから抜け出て、作動流体が外部に噴出する憂いもなくなる。
なお、この発明における作動流体の概念には、作動油、水、気体等が含まれる。

Claims (2)
- アクチュエータに接続されるアクチュエータポートが形成されるバルブボディを有する制御弁装置であって、
前記バルブボディに形成され、前記アクチュエータポートとドレンポートとを連通する連通路と、
前記連通路と前記ドレンポートとの間に設けられる開閉弁とを備え、
前記開閉弁は、
前記バルブボディに組み込んだシート部材と、
前記シート部材に設けたオリフィスと、
前記シート部材のシート部を開閉するポペット部材と
を備えた制御弁装置。 - 前記開閉弁は、
前記ポペット部材を移動可能に保持する弁本体と、
前記弁本体に形成される段部と、
前記ポペット部材に形成される環状凸部とをさらに備え、
前記環状凸部と前記段部とにより抜止め機構を構成する
請求項1に記載の制御弁装置。
