Abstract
Description
ところで近年、パソコンモニター、テレビ等は画面が大型化してきており、ガラス基板中の泡、異物のスペックが従来に増して厳格化している。
2SnO2 → 2SnO + O2 ↑
の反応により酸素ガス(O2)を放出する。放出された酸素ガスがガラス中の泡に拡散することにより、泡の拡大、浮上促進が起こり、泡が除去される。
Claims (5)
- 実質的にアルカリ金属を含有しない珪酸塩ガラスを製造するに当たり、清澄剤としてメディアン粒径D50が2〜9μmの範囲にある酸化錫粉末を用いることを特徴とする珪酸塩ガラスの製造方法。
- メディアン粒径D50が2〜9μmの範囲となるように酸化錫粉末の粒度を調整した後、使用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の珪酸塩ガラスの製造方法。
- メディアン粒径D50が2〜9μmの範囲となるように酸化錫粉末を分級した後、使用することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の珪酸塩ガラスの製造方法。
- 酸化物基準の質量%で、SiO2 50〜80%、Al2O3 5〜25%、B2O3 0.1〜20%、MgO 0〜15%、CaO 3〜15%、SrO 0〜15%、BaO 0〜15%、RO(ROは、MgO、CaO、SrO及びBaOの合量を表す) 0〜25%、ZnO 0〜10%、ZrO2 0〜10%、SnO2 0.01〜1.5%であり、かつ実質的にアルカリ金属を含有しない珪酸塩ガラスとなるようにガラス原料を調合し、溶融、成形することを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の珪酸塩ガラス
の製造方法。 - Fe2O3の含有量が0.03質量%以下となるようにガラス原料を調合することを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の珪酸塩ガラスの製造方法。
