Description
互いに所定間隔で離間し且つ軸線方向に沿って延在する複数個の案内溝が側壁に形成され、前記第1伝達軸に連結されるアウタ部材と、
前記案内溝に指向して延在する保持部が円環部に突出形成され、且つ前記円環部に形成された挿通孔に前記第2伝達軸が挿通されて前記アウタ部材の内部に挿入されるインナ部材と、
前記保持部に装着されて前記案内溝内で回転するローラ組立体と、
を具備し、
前記ローラ組立体は、内側ローラと、転動部材を介して内側ローラの外方に装着された外側ローラとを有し、
前記保持部を、前記円環部に近接する方から離間する方に向かって基端部、中間部、先端部の3等分に分割したとき、前記内側ローラの内壁は、前記基端部の側壁にのみ接触することを特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- 第1伝達軸と第2伝達軸の間に介在し、前記第1伝達軸から前記第2伝達軸へ回転駆動力を伝達する等速ジョイントにおいて、
互いに所定間隔で離間し且つ軸線方向に沿って延在する複数個の案内溝が側壁に形成され、前記第1伝達軸に連結されるアウタ部材と、
前記案内溝に指向して延在する保持部が円環部に突出形成され、且つ前記円環部に形成された挿通孔に前記第2伝達軸が挿通されて前記アウタ部材の内部に挿入されるインナ部材と、
前記保持部に装着されて前記案内溝内で回転するローラ組立体と、
を具備し、
前記ローラ組立体は、内側ローラと、転動部材を介して内側ローラの外方に装着された外側ローラとを有し、
前記保持部を、前記円環部に近接する方から離間する方に向かって基端部、中間部、先端部の3等分に分割したとき、前記内側ローラの内壁は、前記基端部の側壁にのみ接触することを特徴とする等速ジョイント。 - 請求項1記載の等速ジョイントにおいて、前記内側ローラの内壁が、前記基端部の側壁の中腹に接触していることを特徴とする等速ジョイント。
- 請求項1又は2記載の等速ジョイントにおいて、前記内側ローラの内径が、前記基端部の側壁との接触部位から前記先端部に臨む側に向かって漸次拡径していることを特徴とする等速ジョイント。
- 請求項3記載の等速ジョイントにおいて、前記内側ローラの内径が、前記基端部の側壁との接触部位から前記円環部に臨む側に向かって漸次拡径していることを特徴とする等速ジョイント。
