Abstract
【解決手段】ステッピングモータ100は、回転子コアに挟まれた永久磁石を有し、複数の小歯21A、22Aを有する回転子2と、回転子2の周囲に空隙を隔てて配置され、複数の小歯33を有し、回転子2側へ向けて突設した複数の磁極歯31を有する固定子3とを備える。1つおきの磁極歯31に巻線40が巻装される。巻線40が施されていない磁極歯31の小歯33の位相が他の磁極歯31の小歯33に対してずれている。

まず、図1から図4を参照して、本実施形態に係るステッピングモータの構成について説明する。図1は本実施形態に係るステッピングモータの全体構成の概略図である。図2は本実施形態における回転子の側面図である。図3は本実施形態における回転子の平面図および一部拡大図である。図4は本実施形態における固定子の正面図である。
次に、図1から図7Bを参照して、本実施形態に係るステッピングモータの作用について説明する。

Claims (2)
- 回転子コアに挟まれた永久磁石を有し、複数の小歯を有する回転子と、該回転子の周囲に空隙を隔てて配置され、複数の小歯を有し、前記回転子側へ向けて突設した複数の磁極歯を有する固定子と、
を備えたステッピングモータであって、
1磁極歯おきに巻線が巻装され、該巻線が施されていない前記磁極歯の小歯の位相を他の磁極歯の小歯に対してずらしたことを特徴とするステッピングモータ。 - 前記巻線が施されていない前記磁極歯のうち、相対向して位置する一対の磁極歯の小歯の位相を他の磁極歯の小歯に対して位相を180度ずらしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のステッピングモータ。
