Abstract
【解決手段】サイド補強ゴム部により補強されたサイドウォール部を有するランフラットタイヤであって、サイド補強ゴム部が、天然ゴム及びポリブタジエンゴムを含むジエン系ゴム100質量部に対し、メルカプトベンゾイミダゾール化合物を0.1〜4.0質量部の割合で含有するゴム組成物からなるものとする。

・NR:天然ゴム、RSS3号
・BR1:JSR(株)製「BR01」(シス−1,4結合含有量=95%)
・BR2:Nd−BR(ネオジウム系触媒で重合されたポリブタジエンゴム)、KUNHO PETROCHEMICAL社製「BR40」(シス−1,4結合含有量=98%)
・カーボンブラック:N550、東海カーボン(株)製「シーストSO」
・ステアリン酸:花王(株)製「ルナックS−20」
・フェノール系樹脂:オイル変性ノボラック型フェノール樹脂、住友ベークライト(株)製「スミライトレジンPR13349」
・亜鉛華:三井金属鉱業(株)製「亜鉛華1号」
・老化防止剤1:N−フェニル−N’−(1,3−ジメチルブチル)−p−フェニレンジアミン、住友化学(株)製「アンチゲン6C」
・老化防止剤2:2,2,4−トリメチル−1,2−ジヒドロキノリン重合体(TMDQ)、川口化学工業(株)製「アンテージRD」
・加硫促進剤:スルフェンアミド系、大内新興化学工業(株)製「ノクセラーNS−P」
・メチレン供与体:ヘキサメトキシメチルメラミン、三井サイテック(株)製「CYREZ 964RPC」
・硫黄:四国化成工業(株)製「ミュークロンOT−20」
・化合物1:2−メルカプトベンズイミダゾール、川内化学工業(株)製「アンテージMB」
・化合物2:2−メルカプトベンズイミダゾールのZn塩、大内新興化学(株)製「ノクラックMBZ」
・化合物3:2−メルカプトメチルベンズイミダゾール、大内新興化学(株)製「ノクラックMMB」
・抗張積:JIS K 6251に準拠して、室温23度にて引張試験を実施し、破断強度TB*破断伸びEBを抗張積とした。
・M50N:JIS K 6251に準拠し、ダンベル状3号形の試験片につき、室温23℃にて引張試験を実施し、50%伸長時の引張応力を求めた。
・M50H:JIS K 6251に準拠し、試験片(ダンベル状3号形)を1時間以上100℃の恒温槽で保持した後、恒温槽つきの引っ張り試験機にて、100℃の雰囲気下で引張試験を実施し、50%伸長時の引張応力を求めた。
・ランフラット耐久性:表面が平滑な鋼製で、直径1700mmのドラム試験機を用いた。タイヤ内圧0kPaで、荷重はロードインデックスに対応する負荷能力の65%とした。試験開始から5分で80km/hまで速度を上昇させた後、80km/hで故障が発生するまで走行させた。故障が発生するまでの走行距離を、比較例1のタイヤを100として指数表示した。数字が大きいほどランフラット耐久性が良好であることを示す。
Claims (5)
- サイド補強ゴム部により補強されたサイドウォール部を有し、
前記サイド補強ゴム部が、天然ゴム及びポリブタジエンゴムを含むジエン系ゴム100質量部に対し、メルカプトベンゾイミダゾール化合物を0.1〜4.0質量部の割合で含有するゴム組成物からなるランフラットタイヤ。 - 前記ゴム組成物が、フェノール系熱硬化性樹脂及びメチレン供与体をさらに含有してなり、前記メチレン供与体に対する前記フェノール系熱硬化性樹脂の配合量の質量比が1.5倍以上である、請求項1に記載のランフラットタイヤ。
- 前記ゴム組成物は、測定温度23℃での50%伸張時の引張応力(M50N)に対する測定温度100℃での50%伸張時の引張応力(M50H)の比(M50H/M50N)が1.0以上1.3以下である、請求項1又は2に記載のランフラットタイヤ。
- 前記メルカプトベンゾイミダゾール化合物が、2−メルカプトベンゾイミダゾール又は、芳香環に少なくとも1個のアルキル置換基を有する2−メルカプトベンゾイミダゾール並びにそれらの金属塩から選択される少なくとも1種の2−メルカプトベンゾイミダゾール系化合物である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のランフラットタイヤ。
- 前記ゴム組成物が、芳香族第2級アミン系老化防止剤、フェノール系老化防止剤、硫黄系老化防止剤、及び亜リン酸エステル系老化防止剤からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の老化防止剤とキノリン系老化防止剤とをさらに含有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のランフラットタイヤ。
