Abstract
【解決手段】シャンク部と、歯間に配置されたフルートによって複数の歯に分離された少なくとも1つの切削部とを備え、各歯が少なくとも1つの切刃を有し、第1の歯の切刃を時計周り方向に隣接する第2の歯の切刃から離間する第1の角度が、第1の歯の切刃を反時計周り方向に隣接する第3の歯の切刃から離間する第2の角度と異なり、エンドミルが、切削動作中に少なくとも1対の隣接歯間の角度間隔により生じる振動が、少なくとも他の1対の隣接歯間の角度間隔により生じる振動の少なくとも一部を相殺するように構成された、耐チャター性エンドミルまたはシェルミルまたはバーであって、第1の角度と第2の角度の和は180°より小さく、第2の歯の切刃を時計周り方向に隣接する第4の歯の切刃から離間する第3の角度が、第1の角度及び第2の角度と異なる。

Claims (15)
- シャンク部と、歯間に配置されたフルートによって複数の歯に分離された少なくとも1つの切削部とを備え、各歯が少なくとも1つの切刃を有し、第1の歯の前記切刃を時計周り方向に隣接する第2の歯の前記切刃から離間する第1の角度が、前記第1の歯の前記切刃を反時計周り方向に隣接する第3の歯の前記切刃から離間する第2の角度と異なり、少なくとも1対の歯間の角度間隔は、他の1対の歯間の異なる角度間隔により生じる振動の相殺効果を有する、耐チャター性のエンドミルまたはシェルミルまたはバー。
- 等間隔の隣接角度歯範囲の第1の対と、等間隔の隣接角度歯範囲の第2の対と、を備える請求項1に記載のエンドミルまたはシェルミルまたはバー。
- 前記等間隔の隣接角度歯範囲の第1の対及び前記等間隔の隣接角度歯範囲の第2の対は、異なる間隔の切刃の範囲により回転可能に分離されている請求項2に記載のエンドミルまたはシェルミルまたはバー。
- 前記等間隔の隣接角度歯範囲の第1の対及び前記等間隔の隣接角度歯範囲の第2の対は、互いに回転可能に隣接する請求項2に記載のエンドミルまたはシェルミルまたはバー。
- 前記第2の歯の前記切刃を時計周り方向に第4の歯の前記切刃から離間する第3の角度が定まり、
前記第1の角度、前記第2の角度、及び前記第3の角度の和は、180°より大きく、
前記切刃の2つの対は、等角度間隔を有する、

- 前記第1の角度と前記第2の角度との差が0.2〜30度の範囲である請求項1に記載のエンドミルまたはシェルミルまたはバー。
- 前記切削部内のすべてのフルートの幅および深さが同等である請求項1に記載のエンドミルまたはシェルミルまたはバー。
- 各歯におけるフルートねじれ角は、一定でありかつ歯ごとに一定である請求項1に記載のエンドミルまたはシェルミルまたはバー。
- 各歯におけるフルートねじれ角は、変動しかつ歯ごとに一定である請求項1に記載のエンドミルまたはシェルミルまたはバー。
- 5個の切刃を有する請求項1に記載のエンドミルまたはシェルミルまたはバー。
- 6個の切刃を有する請求項1に記載のエンドミルまたはシェルミルまたはバー。
- 8個の切刃を有する請求項1に記載のエンドミルまたはシェルミルまたはバー。
- 前記エンドミルまたはシェルミルまたはバーは超硬である請求項1に記載のエンドミルまたはシェルミルまたはバー。
- 前記少なくとも1対の歯間の角度間隔は、50〜90m/分の切削速度で前記他の1対の歯間の異なる角度間隔により生じる振動の相殺効果を有する請求項1に記載のエンドミルまたはシェルミルまたはバー。
