Claims (8)
- 上下方向に延びる中心軸を中心として回転する遠心羽根車と、
前記遠心羽根車の吐出側に配設された複数の静翼を有するディフューザと、
前記遠心羽根車を駆動するモータと、
前記遠心羽根車及び前記ディフューザを覆い前記遠心羽根車の上面中央に対向して開口する吸入口を有するファンケースと、
前記ファンケースに連結され前記モータの径方向外方に位置するハウジングケースと、
前記ディフューザの静翼から前記ハウジングケースの内面に案内された空気を前記ディフューザの下部を通して中心側に案内する複数の戻り案内翼と、
を備えた電動送風機であって、
前記ハウジングケースは、前記ディフューザの軸方向下側に位置する環状下板部を有し、
前記環状下板部の上面には、前記戻り案内翼がひとつながりに位置し、
前記戻り案内翼の上端は、前記ディフューザと対向していることを特徴とする電動送風機。 - 前記戻り案内翼の内周部は、前記環状下板部の内端よりも内側まで延設されている請求項1に記載の電動送風機。
- 前記ハウジングケースにおける前記環状下板部の内周部には前記モータの外側との間に排気通路を形成する筒部が設けられており、前記戻り案内翼は、前記筒部の内周面と前記モータの外側との間に挿入されるように延設されている請求項1又は2に記載の電動送風機。
- 前記ハウジングケースにおける前記環状下板部と前記筒部との接続部は滑らかな湾曲内面となっている請求項3に記載の電動送風機。
- 前記ディフューザには、前記戻り案内翼の径方向内側に位置し該戻り案内翼で内周側に案内された空気を排気通路に案内する湾曲周面を有する内壁部が設けられている請求項3又は4に記載の電動送風機。
- 前記戻り案内翼は、少なくとも前記環状下板部において周方向に湾曲されている請求項1~5の何れかに記載の電動送風機。
- 前記筒部の内周面と前記モータの外周面との間には、隣り合う前記戻り案内翼の間に位置する整流翼が設けられている請求項3又は4に記載の電動送風機。
- 前記戻り案内翼の内端には、各戻り案内翼を連結する環状部が設けられる請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の電動送風機。
