Claims (20)
- 患者の組織内のアブレーション箇所におけるアブレーション損傷を監視及び評価する装置であって、
カテーテルと、
処理ユニット及びディスプレイを有する撮像エンジンと、
直線並進及び回転をするべく配列された撮像コアと、
前記アブレーション損傷の広がり及び径壁性をマッピングする滴定装置と
を含み、
前記撮像コアは、アブレーションに先立って前記撮像コアにより前記アブレーション箇所におけるベースライン画像を取得し、及びアブレーションの後に前記アブレーション箇所におけるアブレーション後画像データを取得し、
前記撮像エンジンは、前記処理ユニットによって、
前記ベースライン画像データ及び前記アブレーション後画像データの動き補償をし、
前記ベースライン画像データ及び前記アブレーション後画像データを共同登録して共同登録画像データを生成し、
前記患者の左心房壁の前記共同登録データを周辺の組織から分けて、分けられた画像データを生成し、
前記分けられた画像データの超音波組織分類子を計算かつ分類し、
前記滴定装置は、前記超音波組織分類子に応答する前記アブレーション損傷の広がり及び径壁性をマッピングし、
前記撮像エンジンは、前記超音波組織分類子に基づいて潜在的な有害事象又は壊死組織の場所を前記ディスプレイ上に表示する装置。 - 前記アブレーション箇所は前記患者の左心房壁に存在する請求項1の装置。
- 前記撮像コアは、治療処置中に前記患者の食道から前記患者の左心房壁及び肺静脈を撮像するべく適合される請求項1の装置。
- 前記装置は、心臓治療の誘導のための経食道心エコー検査システムとして構成される請求項1の装置。
- 前記装置は、心臓治療の誘導のための心内心エコー検査カテーテルとして構成される請求項1の装置。
- 前記超音波組織分類子は、時間領域分析又は周波数領域分析に基づく請求項1の装置。
- 前記超音波組織分類子は、積分後方散乱、減衰傾斜又は音速を含み、
前記超音波組織分類子は、前記患者の組織内のコラーゲン含有量に相関する請求項1の装置。 - 前記潜在的な有害事象の場所は、微小泡形成の場所、前記患者の食道壁の過熱場所、又は血栓形成場所を含む請求項1の装置。
- 前記カテーテルは経鼻搬送用の寸法とされる請求項1の装置。
- 前記超音波組織分類子に応答する感受性基質が識別される請求項1の装置。
- 前記装置は、前記超音波組織分類子に応答する食道内腔温度を監視する温度モニタをさらに含む請求項1の装置。
- 前記装置は、モータをさらに含み、
前記モータは、制御された回転を前記撮像コアに与え、かつ、制御された周期的な直線双方向並進を前記撮像コアに与える請求項1の装置。 - 前記撮像コアは、それぞれが複数個のトランスデューサ素子を含む少なくとも一つのトランスデューサアレイを含む請求項1の装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つのトランスデューサアレイは、複数のサブ開口が合成された合成開口の撮像を与えるべく使用される請求項1の装置。
- 前記撮像エンジンは、前記撮像コアによってスキャンされたサブ画像容積をつなぎ合わせて、スキャンされた大画像容積にする請求項1の装置。
- 前記合成開口は、前記トランスデューサ素子の幅、前記撮像コアの直線並進速度及び回転速度、並びに前記トランスデューサ素子の送信シーケンスに依存する請求項14の装置。
- 前記撮像コアは、前記少なくとも一つのトランスデューサによって前記患者の組織の関心容積を異なる方向から撮像する請求項13の装置。
- 前記異なる方向から撮像された画像が一つの空間合成画像に統合される請求項17の装置。
- 前記撮像コアは2つのトランスデューサアレイを含む請求項13の装置。
- 前記2つのトランスデューサアレイは背合わせに配置される請求項17の装置。
