Abstract
【解決手段】磨砕装置に組み込み可能であり、原料のすり潰しに利用される砥石100において、互いに取り外し可能な本体部110と外周リング部120とを備える。本体部110は原料を最初にすり潰す粗粉砕溝が形成された粗粉砕部を含み、外周リング部120は、粗粉砕部によってすり潰された原料をさらにすり潰す微粉砕溝124aが形成された微粉砕部(壁部)124を含む。本体部110と外周リング部120とが組み合わされた時、粗粉砕部の外周に微粉砕部(壁部)124が位置する。

Claims (9)
- 磨砕装置に組み込み可能であり、原料のすり潰しに利用される砥石であって、
互いに取り外し可能な本体部と外周リング部とを備え、
前記本体部が原料を最初にすり潰す粗粉砕溝が形成された粗粉砕部を含み、
前記外周リング部は、前記粗粉砕部によってすり潰された原料をさらにすり潰す微粉砕溝が形成された微粉砕部を含み、
前記本体部と前記外周リング部とが組み合わされた時、前記粗粉砕部の外周に前記微粉砕部が位置する砥石。 - 請求項1に記載の砥石であって、
前記本体部が、前記粗粉砕部の外周に沿って形成され、前記粗粉砕部によってすり潰された原料をさらにすり潰す中粉砕溝が形成された中粉砕部を更に含み、
前記本体部と前記外周リング部とが組み合わされた時、前記中粉砕部の外周に前記微粉砕部が位置する砥石。 - 請求項2に記載の砥石であって、
前記微粉砕部の内側位置における前記微粉砕溝の深さが、前記中粉砕溝の深さと同じであるかより大きい砥石。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の砥石であって、
前記微粉砕溝の断面形状はレ字型である砥石。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の砥石であって、
前記微粉砕溝は、前記外周リング部の中心部から外周と直交するように延びる法線上に形成される、砥石。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の砥石であって、
前記微粉砕溝は、前記外周リング部の中心部から外周と直交するように延びる法線に対し、所定の傾斜角度を確保するように形成される、砥石。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の砥石であって、
前記外周リング部は、前記本体部の外側に接する第1の外周リング部と、当該第1の外周リング部の外側に配置され、前記微粉砕溝より小さい超微粉砕溝を有する第2の外周リング部と含む、砥石。 - 請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の砥石であって、
前記本体部および前記外周リング部が、回転時に他の回転する部材との空転を防ぐための固定部材を有する、砥石。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の砥石を有する磨砕装置。
