Abstract
Description
特にCO2濃度計用のゼロガスは、基準値以下にCO2濃度を下げればよい浄化とは異なり、場合によっては1ppm、10ppmの変動が問題となるので、例えば、大気中の水分量によってCO2濃度が変動するようなことがあってならない。この点につき、前述したように、シリカゲル等の水分吸着剤で水分を取った後でゼオライト等のCO2吸着剤でCO2を吸着するという本発明の構成による効果、すなわち、試料ガスの水分濃度の変動にかかわらず、ゼロガスのCO2濃度を確実に実質的ゼロにできるという効果は、CO2濃度計用のゼロガス精製器の分野において特に顕著となる。
なお、前記「CO2を含まないゼロガス」とは、CO2濃度測定の基準として用いることができ、その測定精度に実質的に影響を及ぼさない範囲のCO2濃度のガスという意味であり、CO2濃度が完全にゼロであるガスだけを意味するものではない。

物理的な吸着能を有した吸着材としては、前記ゼオライトの他にモレキュラーシーブなどが挙げられる。このような吸着材は、例えば多数の微細孔を有し、該微細孔に入りうる程度の大きさの分子のみを選択的に吸着する分子篩作用を利用したものであり、化学的結合によって分子を吸着するソーダライム等とは異なり、加熱などによって容易に再生できるという特性を有する。

ゼロガス精製器は1つでもよいし、3つ以上を並設してもかまわない。
その他、本発明は前記実施形態に限られること無く、その趣旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々の変形が可能である。

Claims (8)
- 試料ガスのCO2濃度を測定するCO2濃度計に対して、その測定の基準となる、CO2を含まないゼロガスを精製し供給するCO2濃度計用ゼロガス精製器であって、
所定の再生温度まで加熱することにより吸着成分が離脱し、吸着能が回復する水分吸着剤及びCO2吸着剤と、
導入された試料ガス又は大気中の水分及びCO2を、内部に収容した前記水分吸着剤及びCO2吸着剤によってこの順で吸着し、ゼロガスを精製して導出する精製器本体と、
前記水分吸着剤又はCO2吸着剤の吸着能が所定以下に低減したときに前記精製器本体を加熱する加熱機構とを備えたものであることを特徴とするCO2濃度計用ゼロガス精製器。 - 前記CO2吸着剤が分子篩作用を利用してCO2を吸着するものである請求項1記載のCO2濃度計用ゼロガス精製器。
- 前記水分吸着剤がシリカゲル、シリカアルミナ又は活性アルミナを主成分としたものである請求項1又は2記載のCO2濃度計用ゼロガス精製器。
- 前記水分吸着剤又はCO2吸着剤の吸着能が所定以下に低減したことを判断する低下判断部を備えている請求項1乃至3いずれか記載のCO2濃度計用ゼロガス精製器。
- 前記精製器本体に水分吸着剤とCO2吸着剤とが区成して収容されており、再生温度の高い吸着剤が収容されている領域に前記加熱機構が配置されてこれを直接的に加熱し、再生温度の低い吸着剤は、その余熱で加熱されるようにしてある請求項1記載のCO2濃度計用ゼロガス精製器。
- 前記CO2濃度計から排出された前記試料ガス及びゼロガスが合流して導入されるようにしてある請求項1乃至5のいずれか記載のCO2濃度計用ゼロガス精製器。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれか記載のCO2濃度計用ゼロガス精製器が少なくとも2つ並設してあり、一方のゼロガス精製器に前記試料ガス又は大気が導入されて、当該一方のゼロガス精製器が水分及びCO2の吸着動作をしている間は、他方のゼロガス精製器は、前記試料ガス又は大気が導入されず、加熱による再生動作をするように構成してあるCO2濃度計測システム。
- 前記一方のゼロガス精製器から導出されるゼロガスの一部が、パージガスとして前記他方のゼロガス精製器に導入されるようにしてある請求項7記載のCO2濃度計測システム。
