前記雌ねじ部材の少なくとも一部が、前記モータに対して軸方向にオーバラップする位置に配設される、射出成形機が提供される。

Claims (4)
- 可動部材と、
前記可動部材を移動させるモータと、
前記モータの回転運動を前記可動部材の直線運動に変換する運動変換機構とを有し、
前記モータは、前記可動部材に取り付けられ、前記可動部材と共に移動し、
前記運動変換機構は、雌ねじ部材と、該雌ねじ部材に対応する雄ねじ部材とを有し、
前記雌ねじ部材の少なくとも一部が、前記モータに対して軸方向にオーバラップする位置に配設される、射出成形機。 - 前記モータの回転運動は、前記雌ねじ部材の回転直線運動に変換され、前記可動部材の直線運動に変換される、請求項1に記載の射出成形機。
- 金型装置内に充填する成形材料を加熱する加熱シリンダと、
前記加熱シリンダ内の成形材料を送り出す送出部材とを備え、
前記送出部材は前記可動部材と共に移動する、請求項1または2に記載の射出成形機。 - 前記雌ねじ部材はボールねじナットであり、前記雄ねじ部材はボールねじ軸である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形機。
