Abstract
【解決手段】金型装置内に充填する成形材料を加熱するシリンダと、前記シリンダ内の成形材料を送り出す送出部材と、前記送出部材を進退させる駆動装置と、前記駆動装置を駆動して、前記送出部材の速度を制御する充填工程、および前記送出部材から前記成形材料に作用する圧力を制御する保圧工程を実施するコントローラと、前記成形材料の圧力に関する情報を検出する検出器とを備え、前記送出部材の前進時の速度を正とし、前記送出部材の後退時の速度を負とすると、前記充填工程の途中で前記送出部材の設定速度が低下され、前記コントローラは、前記設定速度の低下後の前記検出器の検出値の変化量に基づいて、前記充填工程から前記保圧工程への切換を行う、射出成形機。

Description
金型装置内に充填する成形材料を加熱するシリンダと、
前記シリンダ内の成形材料を送り出す送出部材と、
前記送出部材を進退させる駆動装置と、
前記駆動装置を駆動して、前記送出部材の速度を制御する充填工程、および前記送出部材から前記成形材料に作用する圧力を制御する保圧工程を実施するコントローラと、
前記成形材料の圧力に関する情報を検出する検出器とを備え、
前記送出部材の前進時の速度を正とし、前記送出部材の後退時の速度を負とすると、前記充填工程の途中で前記送出部材の設定速度が低下され、
前記コントローラは、前記設定速度の低下後の前記検出器の検出値の変化量に基づいて、前記充填工程から前記保圧工程への切換を行う、射出成形機が提供される。

Claims (5)
- 金型装置内に充填する成形材料を加熱するシリンダと、
前記シリンダ内の成形材料を送り出す送出部材と、
前記送出部材を進退させる駆動装置と、
前記駆動装置を駆動して、前記送出部材の速度を制御する充填工程、および前記送出部材から前記成形材料に作用する圧力を制御する保圧工程を実施するコントローラと、
前記成形材料の圧力に関する情報を検出する検出器とを備え、
前記送出部材の前進時の速度を正とし、前記送出部材の後退時の速度を負とすると、前記充填工程の途中で前記送出部材の設定速度が低下され、
前記コントローラは、前記設定速度の低下後の前記検出器の検出値の変化量に基づいて、前記充填工程から前記保圧工程への切換を行う、射出成形機。 - 前記コントローラは、前記設定速度の低下後の前記検出器の検出値の時間微分に基づいて、前記充填工程から前記保圧工程への切換を行う、請求項1に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記コントローラは、前記設定速度の低下後に前記検出器の検出値が減少し、且つ、前記時間微分が基準値を超える場合に、前記充填工程から前記保圧工程への切換を行う、請求項2に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記検出器は、前記送出部材から前記成形材料に作用する圧力を検出する圧力検出器を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記検出器は、前記シリンダの前端部に設けられるノズル内の前記成形材料の圧力を検出するノズル圧検出器を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形機。
