Description
Claims (10)
- 混合繊維において、
第1のフィラメント;及び
前記第1のフィラメントと異なる第2のフィラメント;を含み、
ASTM D 885の規定によって測定された前記混合繊維の強度−伸度曲線は、最も低い伸度を有する第1のピークと最も高い伸度を有する第2のピークとを含む少なくとも2個のピークを有し、前記第1のピークと前記第2のピークとの間の伸度差は3%以下である、混合繊維。 - 前記第1のピークが前記第2のピークより大きい強度を有する、請求項1に記載の混合繊維。
- 前記第1のフィラメントはアラミドフィラメントで、
前記第2のフィラメントはナイロン66フィラメントで、
前記混合繊維内の前記アラミドフィラメントの含量は10〜90重量%である、請求項1に記載の混合繊維。 - 前記第1のフィラメントは第1の下撚糸で、
前記第2のフィラメントは第2の下撚糸で、
前記混合繊維は、前記第1及び第2の下撚糸の上撚りを通して得られた合撚糸である、請求項1に記載の混合繊維。 - 前記第1及び第2の下撚糸は互いに異なる撚り数を有する、請求項4に記載の混合繊維。
- レゾルシノール−ホルムアルデヒド−ラテックス接着剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の混合繊維。
- 第1のフィラメントを準備する段階;
前記第1のフィラメントの伸度よりも3%を超えた高い伸度を有する第2のフィラメントを準備する段階;
前記第1及び第2のフィラメントの伸度差を3%以下に維持するために前記第1のフィラメントよりも前記第2のフィラメントに張力を加える段階;及び
前記第1及び第2のフィラメントを合糸する段階;を含む混合繊維の製造方法。 - 前記第1のフィラメントはアラミドフィラメントで、
前記第2のフィラメントはナイロン66フィラメントである、請求項7に記載の混合繊維の製造方法。 - 前記第1及び第2のフィラメントを合糸する前に、前記第1及び第2のフィラメントをそれぞれ下撚りして各下撚糸を製造する段階をさらに含み、
前記合糸は、前記各下撚糸を上撚りすることによって行われる、請求項7に記載の混合繊維の製造方法。 - 前記第2のフィラメントに合糸される前記第1のフィラメントの長さは、前記第2のフィラメントより長い、請求項7に記載の混合繊維の製造方法。
