Abstract
【解決手段】 成形軸11の基部に硬質円筒部材作製工程部Aを、中間部に前記硬質円筒部材の作製速度よりも早い速度でもってホース主体1を製造する工程部Bを設け、硬質円筒部材作製工程部Aによって作製される硬質円筒部材2を口元部成形部材3に切断してこの口元部成形部材3をホース主体製造工程部Bで製造されるホース主体1の基端に当接させてこの口元部成形部材3に軟質合成樹脂被覆層4を設けたのち、この被覆層4を二分割すると共に口元部成形部材3を抜き取ることによりホース主体1の両端に口元部5、5を形成する。

Claims (6)
- 成形軸の基部上に半溶融状態の硬質合成樹脂製帯状材を重合、融着させながら螺旋巻きすることにより口元部成形用の硬質円筒部材を作製する工程部と、この硬質円筒部材作製工程部から上記成形軸の先部に向かって所定の長さ間隔を存した該成形軸の中間部上に半溶融状態の軟質合成樹脂製帯状材を重合、融着させながら螺旋巻きすることにより可撓性のホース主体を製造するホース主体製造工程部とを備え、上記硬質円筒部材を上記ホース主体の製造速度よりも遅い一定速度でもって作製しながらその先部の所定長さ部分を硬質円筒材部材の作製速度に応じて一定長さ毎に切断して口元部成形部材を得、この口元部成形部材を順次,上記ホース主体の作製速度と同一速度でもってホース主体製造工程部に送り込んで一定長さのホース主体の形成毎にこの口元部成形部材上に上記半溶融状態の軟質合成樹脂製帯状材を重合、融着させることにより軟質合成樹脂被覆層を設け、この軟質合成樹脂被覆層を分割することによって、一定長さのホース主体の両端部に分割された軟質合成樹脂被覆層からなる口元部を形成することを特徴とする合成樹脂製ホースの製造方法。
- ホース主体は、成形軸上に半溶融状態の軟質合成樹脂製帯状材を重合、融着させながら螺旋巻きすることによって形成された管壁からなる内管上に棒状の断熱材を螺旋巻きすることによって形成された断熱層と、この断熱層上に軟質合成樹脂製帯状材を重合、融着させながら螺旋巻きすることによって形成された断熱材被覆層とからなる外管とを設けてなり、この内外管をホース主体が一定長さ形成される毎に、硬質円筒部材作製工程部から送られる口元部成形部材上に設けて拡径内外管部を形成したのち、この拡径内外管部を分割することによって、一定長さのホース主体の両端部に分割された拡径内外管部からなる口元部を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の合成樹脂製ホースの製造方法。
- 口元部成形部材を被覆している被覆層を分割した後、口元部成形部材を取り除くことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の合成樹脂製ホースの製造方法。
- 口元部成形部材を一方の口元部側に残存させてその口元部から該口元部成形部材の一半部を突出させ、この突出部を口元部成形部材を設けていない他方の口元部に挿嵌可能な硬質接続口に形成していることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の合成樹脂製ホースの製造方法。
- 成形軸に、第1成形ノズルから押し出される半溶融状態の硬質合成樹脂製帯状材を螺旋状に巻き取って重合、融着させながら硬質円筒部材を作製すると共にこの硬質円筒部材を成形軸の先部側に向かって移動させる硬質円筒部材作製兼送り機構を備えてなる硬質円筒部材作製工程部と、第2成形ノズルから押し出される半溶融状態の軟質合成樹脂製帯状材を螺旋状に巻き取って重合、融着させながらホース主体を形成すると共にこのホース主体を成形軸の先端側に向かって上記硬質円筒部材よりも早い速度でもって移動させるホース主体作製兼送り機構を備えてなるホース主体製造工程部と、上記硬質円筒部材作製工程部で形成される硬質円筒部材を所定長さの口元部成形部材に切断するカッターと、切断された口元部成形部材を上記ホース主体作製兼送り機構と同一速度でもってホース主体製造工程部に送り込む口元部成形部材送り工程部と、口元部成形部材に上記第2成形ノズルからの半溶融状態の軟質合成樹脂製帯状材を螺旋状に巻回して重合、融着させることにより形成された所定厚みの軟質合成樹脂被覆層を分割してホース主体の両端部にこの分割した軟質合成樹脂被覆層からなる口元部を形成する工程部とからなることを特徴とする合成樹脂製ホースの製造装置。
- 硬質円筒部材作製兼送り機構は、成形軸の基部外周面に同一速度でもって回転する複数本の短尺フレキシブルシャフトを一定の捩じり角度でもって螺旋状に並列してなり、ホース主体作製兼送り機構は、成形軸の外周面に全長に亘って上記短尺フレキシブルシャフトよりも早い速度でもってこの短尺フレキシブルシャフトと同一捩じり角度でもって同一方向に回転する複数本の長尺フレキシブルシャフトを並設してなり、短尺フレキシブルシャフトと共に成形軸の基部に並設けしているこれらの長尺フレキシブルシャフトの基部を成形軸の内部に向かって没入させていることを特徴とする請求項」に記載の合成樹脂製ホースの製造装置。
