Abstract

A driving shaft 8 is turned by a driving source to make each shaft 3 simultaneoulsly auto-rotated at the same speed and in the same direction. When a pipe P is pushed in the arrow direction and inserted in the virtual cylinder formed by the groop of shafts 3, the pipe is advanced being rotated in the opposite direction.
