Claims (12)
- 回転軸(D)に対して相互に関連して回転可能な2つの継ぎ手体(40、42)を有する少なくとも1つの継ぎ手(24、26、28、30、32)を備える医療用保持アーム(10)であって、
第1の継ぎ手体(40)は複数の固定ピン(46)を有し、第2の継ぎ手体(42)は複数の固定凹部(48)を有し、
前記固定ピン(46)の数は前記固定凹部(48)の数と異なり、
前記固定ピン(46)は軸方向に先細りにされた係合部分(66)をそれぞれ有し、
前記固定凹部(48)のそれぞれは前記継ぎ手(24、26、28、30、32)を固定するために前記係合部分(66)のそれぞれを選択的に受け入れるように軸方向に先細りに形成され、
前記継ぎ手(24、26、28、30、32)が固定されたとき、前記固定ピン(46)の少なくとも1つは先細りにされた前記固定凹部(48)の1つにその先細りにされた前記係合部分(66)が完全に受け入れられ、他の前記固定ピン(46)の少なくとも1つが他の先細りにされた前記固定凹部(48)の1つにその先細りにされた前記係合部分(66)が部分的にのみ受け入れられ、
前記固定ピン(46)の前記係合部分(66)のそれぞれは少なくとも1つの平坦な第1の接触面(68)を有し、前記固定凹部(48)のそれぞれは少なくとも1つの平坦な第2の接触面(72)を有し、且つ、前記固定ピン(46)の前記係合部分(66)のそれぞれが前記固定凹部(48)のそれぞれに受け入れられるとき、前記第1の接触面(68)と前記第2の接触面(72)とは少なくとも部分的に相互に平坦接触にあることを特徴とする医療用保持アーム(10)。 - 前記第1の接触面(68)と前記第2の接触面(72)のそれぞれは平坦面から形成される請求項1に記載の医療用保持アーム(10)。
- 前記固定ピン(46)の前記係合部分(66)のそれぞれは前記第1の接触面(68)が形成された円錐台として形成される請求項1又は2に記載の医療用保持アーム(10)。
- 前記固定凹部(48)のそれぞれは角錐台として形成され、前記第2の接触面(72)はこの方法で形成された前記固定凹部(48)の側面から形成される請求項1から3の何れかに記載の医療用保持アーム(10)。
- 前記固定ピン(46)のそれぞれの少なくとも1つの前記第1の接触面(68)は前記固定ピン(46)の前記係合部分(66)の正反対側に配置された少なくとも2つの接触面を備える請求項1から4の何れかに記載の医療用保持アーム(10)。
- 前記固定ピン(46)のそれぞれは、その係合部分(66)が前記固定凹部(48)に受け入れられるとき、その第1の接触面(68)が前記固定凹部(48)とのみ接触する請求項1から5の何れかに記載の医療用保持アーム(10)。
- 前記固定ピン(46)と前記固定凹部(48)のそれぞれは環状配置を形成する請求項1から6の何れかに記載の医療用保持アーム(10)。
- 前記固定ピン(46)の前記第1の接触面(68)と前記固定凹部(48)の前記第2の接触面(72)のそれぞれは前記環状配置に沿って位置が調整される請求項7に記載の医療用保持アーム(10)。
- 前記第1の継ぎ手体(40)は前記固定ピン(46)の1つが軸方向にそれぞれ誘導される複数の貫通孔(44)を有する請求項1から8の何れかに記載の医療用保持アーム(10)。
- 前記固定ピン(46)は、前記第1の継ぎ手体(40)に弾性的に支持され、前記第2の継ぎ手体(42)に対してバイアスされる請求項1から9の何れかに記載の医療用保持アーム(10)。
- 前記固定凹部(48)の数は前記固定ピン(46)の数よりも多い請求項1から10の何れかに記載の医療用保持アーム(10)。
- 少なくとも2つのリジッド保持メンバ(12、14、16、18、20、22)を有し、第1のリジッド保持メンバは前記第1の継ぎ手体(40)に連結され、第2のリジッド保持メンバは前記第2の継ぎ手体(42)に連結される請求項1から11の何れかに記載の医療用保持アーム(10)。
