Claims (10)
- 管を製造するための圧延トレインであって、
中空ブランクの径を減少させて管を形成するピルガー圧延機(1)と、
複数の管のための第1バッファ(5)であって、複数の管を1つの束にまとめるための装置を備えた第1バッファ(5)と、
前記複数の管を同時に焼き戻しするための焼鈍炉(6)と、
複数の管のための第2バッファ(7)であって、上記束を複数の管へと分離する装置を備えた第2バッファ(7)と、
分離された管を順次、真っすぐにするためのひずみ矯正機(8)と、を有し、
上記各装置は、上述した順序で前記管の搬送方向に沿って配置されると共に、
前記ピルガー圧延機(1)と、前記第1バッファ(5)と、前記焼鈍炉(6)と、前記第2バッファ(7)と、前記ひずみ矯正機(8)との各間には、自動搬送装置(9a、9b、9c、9d、9e、9f、11、12、13)が夫々設けられることを特徴とする圧延トレイン。 - 前記ピルガー圧延機(1)における前記中空ブランクの搬送方向(16)を第1方向とし、前記第1バッファ(5)は前記第1方向に垂直な第2方向に前記管を搬送する搬送装置(11、12、13)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧延トレイン。
- 前記ピルガー圧延機(1)における前記中空ブランクの搬送方向(16)を第1方向とし、前記第2バッファ(7)は前記第1方向に垂直な第2方向に前記管を搬送する搬送装置(11、12、13)を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の圧延トレイン。
- 前記ピルガー圧延機(1)における前記中空ブランクの搬送方向(16)を第1方向とし、前記圧延トレイン内の管が部分的に前記第1方向に平行であってその反対方向に搬送されるように、前記圧延トレインが構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の圧延トレイン。
- 前記焼鈍炉はベルト炉(6)であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の圧延トレイン。
- 前記ピルガー圧延機(1)と前記第1バッファ(5)との間で、管を長物へと切断するための切断ユニット(3)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の圧延トレイン。
- 前記ピルガー圧延機(1)と前記第1バッファ(5)との間、好ましくはピルガー圧延機(1)と管を長物へと切断するための切断ユニット(3)との間に、管の外壁を脱脂するための装置(2)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の圧延トレイン。
- 前記ピルガー圧延機(1)と前記第1バッファ(5)との間、好ましくは管を長物へと切断するための切断ユニット(3)と第1バッファ(5)との間に、管の内壁を脱脂するための装置(4)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の圧延トレイン。
- 前記ピルガー圧延機(1)と前記第1バッファ(5)との間、好ましくはピルガー圧延機(1)と管を長物へと切断するための切断ユニット(3)との間に、管の内壁を検査するための検査装置(4)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の圧延トレイン。
- 前記圧延トレインにおける全ての処理工程を管理するように構成された制御システムを備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の圧延トレイン。
