Claims (16)
- 車両の望ましい運転挙動を促すために車両の運転者に指導メッセージを与える方法であって、
前記指導メッセージは前記車両に設けられている指導装置によって与えられ、
前記方法は、
− 運転状況を判定すること、
− その運転状況における指導レベルを決定すること、
− 決定された指導レベルと判定された運転状況との相関に基づき、前記指導装置の多モードユーザーインターフェースを用いて運転者に与える指導メッセージを選択すること、を含む方法。 - − 予め定められた時間の指導セッションを前記指導装置が開始する旨を運転者に通知することを更に含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記運転状況は、前記車両の運用状況及び前記車両の前記運転者の操作状態に基づいて判定される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記車両の運用状況は、前記車両の地理的位置、前記車両と更に他の車両との間の位置関係、前記車両と交通弱者との間の位置関係、前記車両のインフラに対する空間位置、あるいは前記車両についてやがて現れる交通状況のうちの少なくとも一つに基づいて決定される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記車両の前記運転者の操作状態は、前記車両と前記運転者の相互作用、前記運転者の視覚の固定、前記運転者の生理的な状態、前記運転者の予め定められたプロフィール、前記運転者の予め定められたリスク評価、その車両タイプの複数の運転者の累積的な挙動のうちの少なくとも一つに基づいて決定され、あるいは前記車両の運転者に関連して手動で選択される、請求項3又は4に記載の方法。
- 前記操作状態は、前記運転者の前提となる情報に基づいた車両群の運用により設定される、請求項3又は4に記載の方法。
- 前記指導レベルは、運転状況の変化あるいは前記運転状況と累積された運転状況との間の相関のうちの少なくとも一つに基づいて決定される、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記指導レベルは、運転状況の変化あるいは前記運転状況と累積された運転状況との間の相関のうちの少なくとも一つに基づいて比例的に決定される、請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記運用状況は、時間、前記車両の周囲の気象状況のうちの少なくとも一つによって、決まる、請求項3乃至8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記指導メッセージは、多モードユーザーインターフェースからの音声、声、視覚あるいは触覚の出力の形態で与えられる、請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記指導メッセージは、安全に、経済的に、防御的に運転し、距離を念頭に置き、道路から目を離す一瞥の時間を最小化するために前記運転者に与えられる、請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 車両の望ましい運転挙動を促すために前記車両の運転者に指導メッセージを与える前記車両に設けられた指導装置であって、
前記指導装置は、
− 運転状況を判定する手段、
− 前記運転状況についての指導レベルを決定する手段、
及び
− 前記決定された指導レベルと前記判定された運転状況との相関に基づき、前記指導装置の多モードユーザーインターフェースを用いて、前記運転者に与える指導メッセージを選択する手段、
を含んでいる指導装置。 - 前記指導装置は、前記車両の運用状況及び前記車両の前記運転者の操作状況を判定するための信号を前記車両の内部及び/又は外部のセンサから受け取り、前記車両の運用状況及び前記運転者の操作状況は前記運転状況を判定するためにもたらされるように更に構成されている、請求項12に記載の指導装置。
- 前記車両の内部及び/又は外部のセンサは、前記車両の前記運転者を観察するように構成されたカメラシステム、前記車両の外部に配置されたレーダシステム、前記車両の周囲を監視するように構成されたカメラシステムのうちの少なくとも一つを含んでいる、請求項12に記載の指導装置。
- 前記カメラシステムは、前記車両が運転される道路から前記運転者がどれほど長い時間目を離しているかを確認するために設けられている、請求項14に記載の指導装置。
- 車両の望ましい運転挙動を促すために前記車両の運転者に指導メッセージを与えるコンピュータプログラム製品を実現するコンピュータ可読媒体であって、
前記指導メッセージは前記車両に設けられている指導装置によって与えられ、
前記コンピュータプログラム製品は、前記指導装置のプロセッサにより実行されるときに、
− 運転状況を判定するためのコード、
− 前記運転状況における指導レベルを決定するためのコード、
− 決定された指導レベルと判定された運転状況との相関に基づき前記指導装置の多モードユーザーインターフェースを用いて前記運転者に与える指導メッセージを選択するためのコード、
を含んでいるコンピュータ可読媒体。
