Claims (8)
- 透明な物質(23)内にあり、且つ、レーザ光(2)の入射方向に対して実質的に垂直に延びている所定の切断線又は切断面(24)の上に位置する所定の複数のスポットに、前記レーザ光(2)を焦点合わせするように構成されている、前記物質(23)のためのレーザ切断装置において、
前記レーザ光(2)のビーム路に進入可能及び該ビーム路から進出可能な、螺旋位相面(5)を有するレーザ光へのモード変換手段(3)を有していることを特徴とする、レーザ切断装置。 - 前記モード変換手段(3)は螺旋型位相板を含む、請求項1に記載のレーザ切断装置。
- 前記螺旋型位相板は複数の複屈折セグメントから構成されており、各複屈折セグメントの光学軸は異なる配向を有している、請求項2に記載のレーザ切断装置。
- 前記モード変換手段(3)は前記ビーム路に進入可能及び前記ビーム路から進出可能である、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のレーザ切断装置。
- 駆動制御可能な偏向ミラー(6,9)が少なくとも一つ設けられており、該偏向ミラー(6,9)は、前記駆動制御に依存して、前記レーザ光(2)の前記ビーム路が、前記モード変換手段(3)を通過するように、又は前記モード変換手段(3)を迂回するように構成されている、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のレーザ切断装置。
- 前記レーザ光(2)の前記ビーム路において、前記モード変換手段(3)の後段には空間周波数フィルタ(4)が配置されている、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のレーザ切断装置。
- レーザ光源(1)は、300nmから400nmの間の波長を有するパルス紫外線光(2)を放射する、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のレーザ切断装置。
- 単位面積あたりの照射線量を求める装置が設けられており、該照射線量を求める装置は、レーザ光源(1)の照射パラメータと、偏向ユニット(20)の制御装置(30)によって事前に決定されたスポット位置とを検出し、前記照射パラメータ及び前記スポット位置から線量値を計算して出力するか、又は、所定の閾値を超過している場合には警告を出力する、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のレーザ切断装置。
