Abstract
Description
本発明にかかるフォームテープ基材組成物は、アクリル系モノマー、ラジカル開始剤、架橋剤、多孔性フィラーおよび界面活性剤を含み、前記界面活性剤は、シリコン界面活性剤およびアミン系シリコン化合物を含んでなる。
本発明にかかるフォームテープの製造方法は、(a)アクリル系モノマー、ラジカル開始剤、架橋剤、多孔性フィラーおよびシロキサン系ポリマー60重量%ないし90重量%/非シロキサン系ポリマー10重量%ないし40重量%を含むシリコン界面活性剤とアミン系シリコン化合物を5:1ないし2:1の比率で混合した界面活性剤を混合して基材組成物を製造するステップと、(b)前記基材組成物をバッキングフィルム(backing film)上にコーティングするステップ、および(c)前記コーティングのステップにおいて前記基材組成物がコーティングされたバッキングフィルムを、紫外線硬化機を通過させてフォームを形成させると同時に重合させるフォームテープ形成ステップを含む。
以上のようなステップを通じて本発明にかかるフォームテープの製造が可能である。これにより製造されるフォームテープ3は、図1で示したように基材組成物からなるフォーム層1と、これを支持するバッキングフィルム2からなる構造を有する。
2―エチルヘキシルアクリレート90部と極性モノマーであるアクリル酸10部を1リットルのガラス反応器で熱重合させて、粘度3500cPの粘調液を得た。得られた粘調液100重量部に対して、光開始剤としてイルガキュア―651(a,a―メトキシ―a―ヒドロキシアセトフェノン)0.5重量部、架橋剤として1,6―ヘキサンジオールジアクリレート(HDDA)0.35重量部を混合した後、十分に撹拌した。ここに、ガラスバブル4.5重量部、シリカ1.5重量部を混合して十分に均一になるまで撹拌した。この混合物を真空ポンプを用いて減圧脱泡した。
前記実施例1において、シリコン界面活性剤(シロキサンポリアルキレンオキシド共重合体80重量%/非シロキサン系ポリマー20重量%)と、アミン系シリコン化合物(Aminomodified Silicone―polyether Copolymerを含む化合物)が10:1の比率で混合されている界面活性剤を使用したことを除いては、前記実施例1と同様の方法でアクリルフォームテープを製造した。
前記実施例1において、シリコン界面活性剤(シロキサンポリアルキレンオキシド共重合体80重量%/非シロキサン系ポリマー20重量%)とアミン系シリコン化合物(Aminomodified Silicone―polyether Copolymerを含む化合物)が1:1の比率で混合されている界面活性剤を使用したことを除いては、前記実施例1と同様の方法でアクリルフォームテープを製造した。
前記実施例1で使用された界面活性剤を、シロキサンポリアルキレンオキシド共重合体80重量%/非シロキサン系ポリマー20重量%を含むシリコン界面活性剤2重量部で単独使用したことを除いては、前記実施例1と同様の方法でアクリルフォームテープを製造した。
前記実施例2と同様の方法でアクリルフォームテープを製造するが、ジメチルメチルプロピルシロキサン共重合体50重量%および非シロキサン系ポリマー50重量%を含むシリコン界面活性剤(東レダウコーニング製造 SH192)を使用して、比較例1にかかるアクリルフォームテープを製造した。
前記実施例2と同様の方法でアクリルフォームテープを製造するが、シリコン界面活性剤の代わりにフッ素界面活性剤であるFC―4430(3M製造)を使用して、比較例2にかかるアクリルフォームテープを製造した。
1)気泡安定性の評価
コーティング条件と同じ作業環境下(粘着組成物に窒素ガスを注入し、界面活性剤を投入)での吐出液を紙コップに注ぎ、ストップウォッチを用いて、時間経過に伴う気泡上昇と気泡の大きさをデジタルカメラで撮影した。
50mm幅および120mm長さのABS板、クロム板、塗装板(剥離強度測定標準塗装板)、ポリカーボネート(PC)板をイソプロピル溶液で洗浄して乾燥した。0.038mm厚および30mm幅のPETフィルムをアクリルフォームテープのどちらかの面に目印を付けるためにラミネーションして試片を製造した。製造された試片をABS、クロム板、塗装板、PC板に接着した後、それぞれ2Kgローラーで各方向に5回往復させて剥離強度サンプルを作製した。
1)気泡安定性の評価
気泡安定性の評価に対する結果は図2に表した。図2を参照すると、7分が過ぎた後、大部分の気体が表面から抜けた。但し、本発明にかかる実施例1ないし実施例3は、比較例と比較して、5分後の時点では表面から気泡が殆ど抜けないことが確認できた。つまり、本発明にかかる実施例1ないし実施例3は、アクリル粘着剤内で気泡安定性が非常に優れることが分かる。

- アクリル系モノマー、ラジカル開始剤、架橋剤、多孔性フィラーおよび界面活性剤を含み、
前記界面活性剤は、シリコン界面活性剤およびアミン系シリコン化合物を含むことを特徴とするフォームテープ基材組成物。 - 前記アミン系シリコン化合物は、
アミノ改質されたシリコーン―ポリエーテル共重合体(Aminomodified Silicone―polyether Copolymer)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフォームテープ基材組成物。 - 前記シリコン界面活性剤は、
シロキサン系ポリマー60重量%〜90重量%と、非シロキサン系ポリマー10重量%〜40重量%を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフォームテープ基材組成物。 - 前記シロキサン系ポリマーは、
ポリアルキレンオキシドで改質されたポリジメチルシロキサンであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフォームテープ基材組成物。 - 前記非シロキサン系ポリマーは、
ポリアルキレンオキシドであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフォームテープ基材組成物。 - 前記基材組成物は、
粘着付与剤、カップリング剤、帯電防止剤、染料、顔料、紫外線遮断剤、抗酸化剤、加工油またはこれらの2以上の混合物からなるグループから選ばれる添加剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフォームテープ基材組成物。 - 前記アクリル系モノマーは、
ブチルアクリレート、ブチルメタクリレート、ヘキシルアクリレート、ヘキシルメタクリレート、n―オクチルアクリレート、n―オクチルメタクリレート、イソオクチルアクリレート、イソオクチルメタクリレート、2―エチルヘキシルアクリレート、2―エチルヘキシルメタクリレート、イソノニルアクリレート、イソノニルメタクリレート、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸、マレイン酸、フマル酸、アクリルアミド、N―ビニルピロリドン、N―ビニルカプロラクタム、およびアクリロニトリルからなる群から選ばれた1種以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフォームテープ基材組成物。 - 前記基材組成物は、
前記アクリル系モノマー100重量部を基準に、前記ラジカル開始剤0.1重量部〜5重量部、前記架橋剤0.01重量部〜5重量部、前記多孔性フィラー1重量部〜10重量部、前記界面活性剤0.1重量部〜5重量部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフォームテープ基材組成物。 - 前記界面活性剤は、
前記シリコン界面活性剤と前記アミン系シリコン化合物の比率が10:1〜1:1であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフォームテープ基材組成物。 - 請求項1〜請求項9のいずれかに記載のフォームテープ基材組成物を含むフォームテープ。
- (a)アクリル系モノマー、ラジカル開始剤、架橋剤、多孔性フィラー、およびシロキサン系ポリマー60重量%〜90重量%/非シロキサン系ポリマー10重量%〜40重量%を含むシリコン界面活性剤と、アミン系シリコン化合物を10:1〜1:1の比率で混合した界面活性剤を混合して基材組成物を製造するステップ;
(b)前記基材組成物をバッキングフィルム(backing film)上にコーティングするステップ;および
(c)前記コーティングのステップにおいて前記基材組成物がコーティングされたバッキングフィルムを、紫外線硬化機を通過させてフォームを形成させると同時に重合させるフォームテープ形成ステップ;を含むフォームテープの製造方法。
