Abstract
Description
・おのおのが細長い形状であって、両方とも長手方向を上記のグレージングユニットの水平方向の横軸Y−Y’に沿わせて配列される2つの接着ストリップ、
・おのおのが細長い形状であって、両方とも長手方向を上記のグレージングユニットの垂直軸Z−Z’に沿わせて配列される2つの接着ストリップ、
を用いてはめ込みされる構成部品内面に固定される。
・2つの接着ストリップは、同じ系列のはめ込みされる構成部品のうちの1つのはめ込みされる構成部品と別のものとで寸法の変動が最小であるグレージングユニットの方向で長手方向に配置されるので、これは、支持体を配置するために指定された位置でのこのグレージングユニットの曲率の不完全性の結果として支持体がグレージングユニットに正しく接着しないという危険を制限すること、
・様々なはめ込みされる構成部品が全て、支持体を配置するために指定された位置で水平方向の横軸Y−Y’に沿って大きな曲率半径(とりわけ2m以上の)を有する場合、一連の様々なはめ込みされる構成部品のために同一の系列の支持体を使用できること、
により大部分が相殺される。
・軸X−X’は、車両がそれに沿って前進する車両の中央長手方向の水平軸を意味し、
・軸Y−Y’は、軸X−X’に対して直角である車両の横断方向の水平軸を意味し、
・軸Z−Z’は、前述の2つの軸に対して直角である車両の垂直方向の軸を意味する。

・およそ0.5mmの厚さ、
を有する。
Claims (14)
- はめ込みされる構成部品(2)と、このはめ込みされる構成部品(2)に付属品を可逆的に取り付けるための少なくとも1つの支持体(3)とを有する車両グレージングユニット(1)であり、該支持体(3)は該付属品の通過のための開口(30)を有し、また該支持体(3)は該はめ込みされる構成部品(2)の非平坦な内面(22)に向き合って固定される非平坦な外面(3)を有する車両グレージングユニット(1)であって、前記外面(31)が、おのおのが細長い形状であって、両方とも長手方向を該グレージングユニットの水平方向の横軸Y−Y’に沿わせて配列される2つの接着ストリップ(33、34)を有することを特徴とする車両グレージングユニット(1)。
- 前記支持体(3)の外面(31)が、該支持体を前記はめ込みされる構成部品(2)に固定する箇所における該はめ込みされる構成部品の前記内面(22)と同じ曲率に追随していることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のグレージングユニット(1)。
- 各接着ストリップ(33、34)がエポキシ樹脂とアクリル樹脂との混合物を基礎材料としていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載のグレージングユニット(1)。
- 前記外面(31)に、前記開口(30)を囲むように周辺隆起部がないことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載のグレージングユニット(1)。
- 前記接着ストリップ(33、34)が、長さl、高さh及び厚さeに関して同じ寸法を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載のグレージングユニット(1)。
- 前記接着ストリップ(33、34)が互いに対して実質的に平行に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載のグレージングユニット(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの接着ストリップが水平方向の横軸Y−Y’に沿った2つの長手方向の端部のそれぞれに曲げられた部分(35)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載のグレージングユニット(1)。
- 2つの前記接着ストリップ(33、34)のおのおのが水平方向の横軸Y−Y’に沿った2つの長手方向の端部のそれぞれに曲げられた部分(35)を有すること、及び該接着ストリップ(33、34)が互いに逆向きに配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項7記載のグレージングユニット(1)。
- 2つの前記接着ストリップ(33、34)の合計の表面積が前記外面(31)の表面積のおよそ半分に相当することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載のグレージングユニット(1)。
- 前記はめ込みされる構成部品がはめ込みされる積層した構成部品であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載のグレージングユニット(1)。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1つに記載のグレージングユニット(1)に付属品を固定するための支持体(3)であって、おのおのが細長い形状を有する2つの接着ストリップ(33、34)を有する支持体(3)。
- はめ込みされる構成部品(2)と付属品を固定するための少なくとも1つの支持体(3)とを有する請求項1〜10のいずれか1つに記載のグレージングユニット(1)を製造するための方法であって、該支持体を、該支持体(3)の外面(31)に位置する、それぞれが細長い形状を有する2つの接着ストリップ(33、34)を用いて該はめ込みされる構成部品(2)の内面(22)に結合させ、そして両方のストリップをその長手方向を該グレージングユニットの水平方向の横軸Y−Y’に沿わせて配置することを特徴とする、グレージングユニット(1)の製造方法。
- 前記はめ込みされる構成部品(2)がはめ込みされる積層した構成部品であること、及び前記支持体の固定を積層作業の間に行うことを特徴とする、請求項12記載のグレージングユニット(1)の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1つに記載のはめ込みされる構成部品(1)に付属品を可逆的に固定するための支持体(3)の使用であって、該支持体(1)を、該支持体(3)の外面(31)に位置する、それぞれが細長い形状を有する2つの接着ストリップ(33、34)を用いて該はめ込みされる構成部品(2)の内面(22)に結合させ、そして両方のストリップをその長手方向を前記グレージングユニットの水平方向の横軸Y−Y’に沿わせて配置する、支持体(3)の使用。
