Claims (11)
- 流体導通ラインを互いに接続するクイックリリースカップリング(1)であって、該クイックリリースカップリング(1)は、
第1のカップリング部品(3)と、
第2のカップリング部品(5)と、
前記2つのカップリング部品(3、5)がともに連結したときに該2つのカップリング部品(3、5)をシールするシール(7)と、
前記2つのカップリング部品(3、5)を解除可能に互いに連結するための係止機構(9)と、
を備え、
前記第1のカップリング部品(3)は、第1の弁装置(11)を備え、前記第2のカップリング部品(5)は第2の弁装置(13)を備え、前記2つの弁装置(11、13)のそれぞれは、軸方向に変位可能な弁(15、17)と、対応する弁座(19、21)とを有し、前記弁(15、17)と前記弁座とが合わさった状態では、前記カップリング部品(3、5)のそれぞれの流体チャネル(31、51)が流体密にシールされ、前記弁(15、17)は、前記軸方向に対向して配置され、前記第1の弁装置(11)の前記弁(15)は、開口(150)を有し、該開口(150)内に、プランジャー(152)が、軸方向に移動可能に取り付けられ、前記プランジャー(152)は、第1の位置から第2の位置に移動可能であり、前記第2の位置では、前記プランジャー(152)は、前記第1の弁装置(11)の前記弁(15)から、前記第1の位置におけるよりも更に突出し、前記カップリング部品(3、5)がともに連結した状態で前記プランジャー(152)が前記2つの弁(15、17)を互いから離したまま保持し、前記カップリング部品(3、5)の前記流体チャネル(31、51)がともに接続され、前記プランジャー(152)は、係止具(110)によって前記第2の位置で前記弁(15)に対して係止可能であり、前記係止機構(9)は、前記係止具(110)に動作可能に接続されており、前記係止機構(9)が、ともに連結されている前記2つのカップリング部品(3、5)を分離するように駆動されると、該カップリング部品が切り離される前であっても、前記プランジャー(152)の係止が解除され、前記2つの弁(15、17)が、前記それぞれの弁座(19、21)と合わさり、前記カップリング部品(3、5)の前記流体チャネル(31、51)をシールする、クイックリリースカップリング。 - 前記弁(15、17)は、円錐状の第1のシール面(153、173)を有し、前記弁座(19、21)は、円錐状の第2のシール面(193、213)を有し、前記第1のシール面(153、173)の開口角度(154、174)は、前記第2のシール面(193、213)の開口角度(194、214)よりも小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のクイックリリースカップリング。
- 前記弁(15、17)は、円錐状の第1のシール面(153、173)を有し、前記弁座(19、21)は、円錐状の第2のシール面(193、213)を有し、弁(15、17)の前記それぞれのシール面(153、173)及び前記対応するそれぞれの弁座(19、21)のうちの少なくとも一方は、低温で可撓性のあるプラスチック材料シール部材を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のクイックリリースカップリング。
- 前記係止機構(9)はトリガー機構を有し、該トリガー機構は、該トリガー機構に接続されている牽引具に所定の張力がかかると、前記係止機構(9)を駆動し、前記カップリング部品(3、5)を切り離すことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のクイックリリースカップリング。
- 前記カップリング部品(3、5)を囲むとともに、該カップリング部品(3、5)がともに連結されると軸方向に重なり合うスリーブ(25、27)が、前記カップリング部品(3、5)に取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のクイックリリースカップリング。
- 前記カップリング部品(3、5)には、内壁部材(32、52)と、該内壁部材(32、52)を或る間隔で囲む外壁部材(33、53)とを有する二重壁が設けられ、前記ともに連結された状態では、前記シール(7)は、前記カップリング部品の前記2つの内壁部材(32、52)をシール様式で接続することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のクイックリリースカップリング。
- カップリング部品(3、5)の前記内壁部材(32、52)及び前記外壁部材(33、53)は、壁部分(320、520、330、530)を有し、該壁部分(320、520、330、530)は径方向に噛合し、前記内壁部材(32、52)に対する前記外壁部材(33、53)の軸方向変位を防止することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のクイックリリースカップリング。
- 前記プランジャー(152)は、前記カップリング部品(3、5)がともに連結される際、まず、前記2つのカップリング部品(3、5)がともにシール連結され、該シール連結後、前記係止機構によって、前記プランジャー(152)が前記軸方向に移動し、前記2つの弁(15、17)が押圧されて互いから離れ、前記カップリング部品(3、5)の前記流体チャネル(31、51)が開いてともに接続するようにして、前記係止機構(9)に動作可能に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のクイックリリースカップリング。
- 前記弁(15、17)は、その都度ばね(18)と連結され、該ばね(18)は、前記カップリング部品(3、5)が切り離される際に前記弁装置(11、13)を閉じるように、前記弁座(19、21)の軸方向に前記弁(15、17)に力をかけることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のクイックリリースカップリング。
- 荷役装置(80)と、輸送機関(82)、特に船舶(84)、貨車又はトラックとの間で流体を移送するのに用いる装置であって、前記荷役装置(80)と前記輸送機関(82)との間に、ライン(55)をクイックリリースカップリング(1)とともに横架し、前記ライン(55)はホース(56)を有しており、該ホース(56)に、前記カップリング部品(3、5)のうちの一方が取り付けられ、前記カップリングは、前記荷役装置(80)と前記輸送機関(82)との間のスペース(83)に配置され、特にケーブル、ワイヤ又はチェーンの形態の牽引具の一端が前記係止機構(9)に固定され、他端は、前記輸送機関に固定されるか、又は前記荷役装置(80)の側に固定され、前記牽引具の長さは、前記輸送機関が前記荷役装置から離れる場合、前記輸送機関(82)が離れることに起因して、引張力が前記牽引具にかかり、前記係止機構が駆動されてから前記ホース(56)に張力がかるように寸法決めされている、装置。
