Claims (14)
- 上にパネルを支持するように構成されたレールであって、下方からアタッチメントデバイスを受け入れ幅がWである凹部と、前記アタッチメントデバイスにアクセスするための前記レールの下部に沿ったスロットと、を有するレールと、
前記レールを取り付けるアタッチメントデバイスであって、溝付き部よりも幅の広い基部を有するネジ付き締結具と、前記レールを上昇させるネジ付き支持部と、前記レールの凹部内に偏心ワッシャを適合させるような距離だけ離して配置された平行な側面を有しその移動を制御する偏心ワッシャと、前記ネジ付き締結具の周りに前記偏心ワッシャを回転させる機構と、を有するアタッチメントデバイスと、
を備える航空機モニュメント取付システム。 - 前記ネジ付き締結具はポペットであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の航空機モニュメント取付システム。
- 前記偏心ワッシャを回転させる機構はサムホイールであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の航空機モニュメント取付システム。
- 前記サムホイールは、前記レール上の前記スロットを通して手動でアクセスされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の航空機モニュメント取付システム。
- 前記サムホイールを隠すために前記スロット上に保護カバーをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の航空機モニュメント取付システム。
- 前記レールは、前記パネルの製造プロセスの間に該パネルとともに形成されるスパインを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の航空機モニュメント取付システム。
- 前記レールから床まで延在し前記アタッチメントデバイスを隠すベローズ床シールをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の航空機モニュメント取付システム。
- 前記パネルは、前記レールの上部に沿った開口部内に着座することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の航空機モニュメント取付システム。
- 前記レールは前記パネルに接着されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の航空機モニュメント取付システム。
- 前記ネジ付き支持部は、前記偏心ワッシャを回転させる前記機構の下方に配置されたロックナットであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の航空機モニュメント取付システム。
- 前記ネジ付き支持部は、前記偏心ワッシャを回転させる前記機構の下方に配置されたロッキングラチェットであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の航空機モニュメント取付システム。
- 前記パネルと前記レールの間にUDカーボン層をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の航空機モニュメント取付システム。
- 前記パネルはくさび形の下面で終わり、前記レールは、内部に前記パネルを受け入れるくさび形の凹部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の航空機モニュメント取付システム。
- 前記パネルは、前記レールと前記パネルを通した締結具を用いて前記レールに固定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の航空機モニュメント取付システム。
