Abstract
Description
上述したように、従来の親水性ポリウレタンフォームは、二段階処理方法を用いて製造する。従来の親水性ポリウレタンフォームの製造では、処理段階や工程が1つしかない単一処理方法は採用されない。従来の製造技術では、2つ以上の工程を行う。
Claims (20)
- メチレンジフェニルジイソシアネートを用意することと、
ポリエーテルポリオールを前記メチレンジフェニルジイソシアネートと混合することと、
前記メチレンジフェニルジイソシアネートと前記ポリエーテルポリオールによって親水性ポリウレタンフォームを形成することと、
を含む親水性ポリウレタンフォームの製造方法であって、
前記親水性ポリウレタンフォームは、エチレンオキシド含有量が、重量比で約30〜100%であり、
前記メチレンジフェニルジイソシアネートとポリオールとは単一処理工程で混合され、
前記親水性ポリウレタンフォームは、約30秒未満の時間で水を吸収する、
親水性ポリウレタンフォームの製造方法。 - 前記エチレンオキシド含有量が、重量比で約50〜100%である、請求項1に記載の親水性ポリウレタンフォームの製造方法。
- 前記エチレンオキシド含有量が、重量比で約70〜100%である、請求項2に記載の親水性ポリウレタンフォームの製造方法。
- 前記エチレンオキシド含有量が、重量比で約80〜100%である、請求項3に記載の親水性ポリウレタンフォームの製造方法。
- 前記エチレンオキシド含有量が、重量比で約90〜100%である、請求項6に記載の親水性ポリウレタンフォームの製造方法。
- 前記時間が約20秒未満である、請求項1に記載の親水性ポリウレタンフォームの製造方法。
- 前記時間が約2秒未満である、請求項6に記載の親水性ポリウレタンフォームの製造方法。
- 前記時間が約1秒未満である、請求項7に記載の親水性ポリウレタンフォームの製造方法。
- 金属触媒を一切使用しない、請求項1に記載の親水性ポリウレタンフォームの製造方法。
- 反応型アミン触媒を、前記メチレンジフェニルジイソシアネートとポリエーテルポリオールとに加えることをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の親水性ポリウレタンフォームの製造方法。
- メチレンジフェニルジイソシアネートとポリエーテルポリオールとを含む親水性ポリウレタンフォームであって、
前記親水性ポリウレタンフォームは、エチレンオキシド含有量が、重量比で約30〜100%であり、
前記メチレンジフェニルジイソシアネートとポリオールとは単一処理工程で混合され、
前記親水性ポリウレタンフォームは、約30秒未満の時間内に水を吸収する、
親水性ポリウレタンフォーム。 - 前記エチレンオキシド含有量が、重量比で約50〜100%である、請求項11に記載の親水性ポリウレタンフォーム。
- 前記エチレンオキシド含有量が、重量比で約70〜100%である、請求項12に記載の親水性ポリウレタンフォーム。
- 前記エチレンオキシド含有量が、重量比で約80〜100%である、請求項13に記載の親水性ポリウレタンフォーム。
- 前記エチレンオキシド含有量が、重量比で約90〜100%である、請求項14に記載の親水性ポリウレタンフォーム。
- 前記時間が約20秒未満である、請求項11に記載の親水性ポリウレタンフォーム。
- 前記時間が約2秒未満である、請求項16に記載の親水性ポリウレタンフォーム。
- 前記時間が約1秒未満である、請求項17に記載の親水性ポリウレタンフォーム。
- 金属触媒を一切使用しない、請求項11に記載の親水性ポリウレタンフォーム。
- 反応型アミン触媒を、前記メチレンジフェニルジイソシアネートとポリエーテルポリオールとに加えることをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の親水性ポリウレタンフォーム。
